They were very responsive to my quote request on Yelp and clear with communication. I liked that when he came to give me a quote he took a photo of the tree and highlighted on the photo where he would be trimming and how he'd go about it. This was much clearer and easier to understand than some other folks who gave me quotes and just gestured toward the tree. He explained his approach and why he suggested it and I felt very confident that he was knowledgeable and experienced. He also took great care not to squash a bunch of plants I had just planted under the large branch he had to cut off. He lowered it down carefully. I was very impressed that he did this without me having to ask. His quote was reasonable too. And he gave me a recommendation for another company to fertilize my trees. He's also just a really nice guy. I'd use him again for sure.
