David took extreme care with loading, strapping down and transporting our motorcycle. The tow rate was more than reasonable and hassle free. CoachNet contacted FELTS Towing & Repair. Mike M. arrived within the hour,towed us to Felts. On Monday, we were able to air freight a new part, it arrived on Tuesday. Felts custom made metal brackets for it, installed the new cooler, added 51/2 gallons of oil, tested the engine, and had us test drive her up to speeds. They had us on our way within 24 hours of receiving the new hydraulic cooler! We cannot praise enough the quality workmanship, knowledge and customer service we received from everyone at FELTS Towing,Truck Repair and Heavy Hauling! We saw semis, school buses, vans and a fire truck - they fix them all!
