I dropped off my vehicle along with my deductible payment to start the work and they finished in a few days because I was going out of town. Vehicle looked great! For the second claim, I had to go out of town and dropped my vehicle off to be worked on while I was gone. It wasn't ready when I got back because the shop was closed due to the weather - a cold front with snow came through. There were about 51 hrs left of work to be done. So, they needed a full week to finish the job. By the following Monday, my vehicle was ready by noon. It looked like a brand new car. Mike was easy to work with and delivered.

Kathy handled all the financing and paperwork, warranty info, sales tax, etc. She was very easy to work with and made the purchase part so easy. It was stored indoors so there was no weather wear or sun damage as I did purchase this in July 2020. There were a couple minor things that needed to be replaced but I had no problems doing that. I didn't have to go back to Kentucky for anything as they handled everything on my behalf. Mark and his team were very professional and helpful.
