I was extremely pleased with how thorough and helpful he was in assisting me as I prepared for our project, including making recommendations for dumpster/portable toilet service as well as offering needed direction when requested regarding ordering and getting our new windows/door delivered. As a woman managing our personal home remodel, I have found some folks in this typically male-dominated field to be less receptive to me. It has been quite off-putting when I find that they seem more interested in making decisions with my husband despite the fact that I am the one dealing with the majority of the ins and outs of the project. This was never the case with Griffin, and I found all our interactions to be pleasant and productive. I appreciated that ALL input was recognized and valued from both my husband and myself. All on site communication was also top notch, even when we were asking for unusual modifications to the work, or being uncertain about how we wanted things done - and even changing our mind while the work was in progress! Griffin and his team worked through it with us every step of the way and never made us feel that they were inconvenienced even when they had to re-work some portions of the project due to our uncertainties. The craftsmanship and expertise was stellar and this portion of our project looks really beautiful. Our project was completed as scheduled, with great efficiency, and everything was cleaned up nicely on completion. When we received our final invoice, there were no hidden or unexpected costs and the cost estimate ended up being pretty much spot-on. All these concerns and more. I'm a detail oriented guy that can find fault with just about everything, I know, not healthy. BUT, let me tell you while giving major praise and satisfaction thanks to Todd, the owner of Windows, Doors & More. His crew showed up 30 minutes prior to start time every day! I say "crew" BUT, these guys were true Craftsman and I mean Craftsman. The Team, Steve, Jacob, Ian, and Bill worked together like a fine tuned machine. A look and a nod in the place of words. WOW. Their personalities made it actually nice to have them around and working on my home. If you have a question, they stop what their doing, follow you, and listen intently with a true response. They even took extra care to help me and be certain my wood blinds would fit the new windows. Extra trim required, Not a problem. I look at these windows and completed installation with pleasing amazement. I'm not kidding, everything looks and operates beautifully. For a guy that's hard to please, I couldn't be happier. Also, their pricing is more than competitive and their products are top rated when you do the investigation. I addition, the painted commented that the woodwork was done and nailed the way it's supposed to be done unlike other work he has seen. Hats off to Todd and his team. I kept getting told that they were waiting for parts but everything was ready. From quote to finish was almost six months for five windows. My complaint was the lack of respect Todd gave me. He refused to give me an invoice or even stop by to see if I enjoyed my experience. I know this outfit has a great reputation but for me I'll go with a company that is courteous and professional when I do the rest of my windows.
