Marvin Windows are wonderful and we are happy with the product. Installation was great but I'm give 3 stars for several reason's. I kept getting told that they were waiting for parts but everything was ready. From quote to finish was almost six months for five windows. My complaint was the lack of respect Todd gave me. He refused to give me an invoice or even stop by to see if I enjoyed my experience. I know this outfit has a great reputation but for me I'll go with a company that is courteous and professional when I do the rest of my windows. read more

Everyone is very nervous about new windows and me especially. Are they any good, will they rush through and do a crappy job, will they leave me with a mess, will they look nice? All these concerns and more. I'm a detail oriented guy that can find fault with just about everything, I know, not healthy. BUT, let me tell you while giving major praise and satisfaction thanks to Todd, the owner of Windows, Doors & More. His crew showed up 30 minutes prior to start time every day! I say "crew" BUT, these guys were true Craftsman and I mean Craftsman. The Team, Steve, Jacob, Ian, and Bill worked together like a fine tuned machine. A look and a nod in the place of words. WOW. Their personalities made it actually nice to have them around and working on my home. If you have a question, they stop what their doing, follow you, and listen intently with a true response. They even took extra care to help me and be certain my wood blinds would fit the new windows. Extra trim required, Not a problem. I look at these windows and completed installation with pleasing amazement. I'm not kidding, everything looks and operates beautifully. For a guy that's hard to please, I couldn't be happier. Also, their pricing is more than competitive and their products are top rated when you do the investigation. I addition, the painted commented that the woodwork was done and nailed the way it's supposed to be done unlike other work he has seen. Hats off to Todd and his team. We purchased our home's windows and one of its doors from Todd's company. We found them to be excellent craftsmen, dependable, and great to have replace the builder's windows in our home with very high quality "new construction" zero maintenance windows rather than pocket windows which would have diminished our home's views. I highly recommend Todd's company. Their price was very competitive, not even close to the most expensive, but certainly not the cheapest. Buy once, cry once. One of the window companies he represents was the only one we found (we looked at many) that offered colored vinyl extrusions where we could have white on the inside and a tan color outside (never needs to be painted, even if surface is scratched). Lifetime warranty too! We recently hired him and his team for more work, replacing the screens with windows on our screened porch (no more cleaning up pine pollen). We had them add a custom bar top along the window sills. It looks great and is a wonderful way to enjoy the view of our back yard, even if it is raining or in the winter. My experience was excellent. Todd came to my home and helped me order a patio door. The supply chain delayed door delivery, but he couldn't do anything about that. Today 12-22-2021 was installation day. Steve, Jacob, and Geoffrey were great. They covered the floor, cleaned up the mess, were polite and hard-working. I love the new door. A win! read more

I got a total of five estimates for this major project on a high-end home, one was much higher, one was much lower, their's was in the middle with two others. Todd and his team have a reputation for high quality craftsmanship. The quality of their work definitely supports this. They do all the work themselves and so can ensure that the quality of the work is very high. We also chose Windows, Doors & More because they offered full frame replacement windows rather than just pocket replacement of the windows. This gave us more square footage of glass which doesn't restrict the view like pocket windows do. Full frame replacement also allowed us to improve the insulation of the window frame. We were very pleased at how reasonable the cost for full frame replace was relative to pocket windows given the higher quality product and the amount of additional labor required to do the higher quality installation. We have been thrilled with the quality of the windows, the meticulousness and craftsmanship of the installation and the expansive view through the windows. It's obvious from the carpentry work that Todd and his team take great pride in craftsmanship. They custom worked a cherry trim for the window in our kitchen. It looks beautiful. The exterior trim work also looks great. Todd and his team were very professional and helpful throughout the project. Todd and his crew have completed 2 remodeling jobs for us. 2 years ago he replaced 3 windows in our breakfast area with an 8-foot Pella sliding door to our deck. Their work was exemplary. The sliding door looks and functions beautifully and looks like it should have always been there. We called Todd again this summer for a more involved project to extend the overhang on our deck by several feet. This was no small job in that the overhang ran for 65 feet and we did not want any support posts on the deck. Todd made several excellent suggestions on design and completed the job within a week. His attention to detail and engineering of the overhang was super. Todd's whole crew were skilled workers with very pleasant attitudes. They cleaned up all materials and tools at the end of each day and were prompt on starting and ending times. The overhang turned out even better than we imagined.
