While the doctor was nice, she didn't do an EKG on me after I had told her I didn't have a physical in over 5 years and I'm over 40. I'm not sure that this is common. It's also nearly impossible to communicate with the office itself. I use the patient portal and several business days pass without anyone answering me. The doctor apparently replied to my message and I never received a notification from the portal itself. If the nurse hadn't called me, I would've never known. I'm going to give them one more chance, otherwise I'm moving practices. Office experience was a D- and quality of care is lukewarm C+.

But once I needed moral support, understanding, and gentle care, forget it. She is condescending, old fashioned to the point of paranoia, as in, not open to any suggestions or what you see your needs are, narrow-minded and in the end it she was being I felt really rude, to me. Awfully uncomfortable. I am NEVER EVER going back. I prefer to suffer anxiety occasionally than to be in front of someone with such little feelings for us the patients. We are not a number, we are a person with feelings. I understand that the world is full of drug problems, but some of us are just regular people, who need occasional help, for occasional general anxiety. I will go back to homeopathic medicines before I am encountered one more time but the ruthlessness and coldness of some Western medicine doctors. I anyone knows a good, nice, caring doctor please let me know. The receptionist blamed me, was condescending and rude, and insisted on fighting instead of just saying sorry for the inconvenience. Horrible customer service, especially for a new customer that was recommended to him by an existing patient. Then she called me back again to explain what happened, and I asked her if I could call her back since I was on the phone with my doctor. She didn't care and continued to keep talking twice because her time was more important than mine. I called her back only to be blamed yet again, and then received the following email today. I spoke with the doctor about our telephone conversation on Monday, September 21, 2020 and he feels that it is best not to see you as a patient in this office. We have cancelled your appointment and refunded your $50.00 deposit. The doctor doesn't even know my side of the story but cancelled this appt regardless. I also called to clarify these multiple appts I had in my calendar, and no one called me back in several days. It's a shame his receptionist treats patients with major health issues like this instead of treating them with compassion. I will definitely let my wellness practitioner know who recommended him highly to me about this horrible experience.

Do you need to talk to them? Good luck. You can leave your name and number and they will call back, AT THEIR CONVENIENCE, in a day or two or three. Do you have a job? Can't wait around for their convenience. You are out of luck. Despite needing to discuss their business they reserve the right to interrupt YOUR business any time that's convenient for them. I am in meetings most days. Frequently with my customers. I can't drop everything to answer the phone. I imagine most of us can't. But if I miss the call I have to leave a message AGAIN and wait another couple of days. This is THEIR business. They should make time for THEIR customers. Then there's the billing department. One visit can result in multiple bills sent to your house. Some are duplicates. Some are not. Guess wrong and they send you to a collection agency. I my case they sent me to a collection agency for owing under #3.00. I've been a patient there for over a decade and they dinged my credit score for under $3.00. Please listen to my advice. Avoid this place. The local staff seems to have good intentions but the PHS overlords hate you and want you to suffer if it will save them even a few pennies.

Visit this doctor at your own peril!!!…read more Took my grandson to see Dr. O'Regan for a high fever. The doctor diagnosed the fever as 'something to not worry about.' After another few visits of being told that there was nothing to worry about, I took my grandson to a different practice. The doctor there said that a high fever is an indication for Lyme disease. Especially in Connecticut. Turns out this was the case. Now he is being treated. Early treatment in Lyme disease is essential. If it turns out that my grandson is not cured I am going after Dr. O'Reagan.
