Oh my goodness -- Joe was awesome! He came to the house within an hour from the time I called and installed a wireless door pad. He walked me through the app and then walked me through locking and unlocking the door. He was completely patient and clear. PBC Locksmith is an amazing company to work with. I requested a quote in February and received an immediate response. Joes was very helpful and was willing to walk me through the process. He came to our location to see the measurements and take photos. I requested them to make several copies and create new keys, without having the original, of (small desk and large) office cabinet keys. It only took them 2 days to have done. They hand delivered and tested out the keys to make sure I was satisfied and definitely accomplished it.
