What a horrible and unprofessional place. The idiot guy who is answering the phones was so rude he not only did not answer the question I asked, but he also hung up the phone before I could finish explaining my issue. On top of that I tried calling back multiple times to try and file a complaint but my number kept getting ignored. Programmed my Acura remote key for a fantastic price compared to what everybody else wanted. I purchased the Bob from Delray Acura. Note that I did not need The key insert because the fog just stopped working. If you lost your key you will need to buy the insert and I have no idea how much that cost to get cut. read more

I've known the Presti's for a really long time. I've been using their services because keys made by Home Depot just aren't reliable. Jay Presti went above and beyond making a cheap key I bought from Amazon work for my car. I should have purchased a key directly through them and now I know. Jay really worked hard on it and didn't have to. Every time I go there I can see their customer service is A++. The products they sell and the handcrafted keys are the highest quality. I'm super glad they have been there for years providing the same consistent excellent service. In this day and age where big box takes over almost everything it's so nice to have a mom and pop place that just consistently gets it so right. read more

Went in to get a few key copies for work. Good customer service, not too pricey and was in and out in less than 5. No complaints!

Great service, fast and efficient... had to make one call and they got my business locks re-keyed the next day.. keep up the good work.

I do have to say that the technician that came out was very good. BUT, the total bill came to double of what I was quoted. I was never told there would be a service charge plus a labor charge plus a rekeying charge. Seems to me this was double billing on the labor. Won't be using them again. read more

Great place. Very friendly staff and they are very helpful. They have any kind of key imaginable that they can copy for you. I had a masterkey that was a little re different and lowes and Home Depot couldn't copy them, so I was recommended to stop here and they had no problem making a copy. The copy went very fast and took no time. Looking at the store they had lots of other safes and locks throughout the store. If I am ever looking for new locks or safes I will be coming back to this store. read more

Call their number and THEY answer not some endless locksmith answering service. I needed an OEM Dodge key that fits in the fob cut, I had it and a second back up key cut in less than a minute for $7.95 total. Neither Home Depot or Lowe's would touch the OEM key. Checked them both out right in front of the shop and both keys worked without any issues. They are who I will go to from now on for any locksmith services. read more
