First off, they are NOT open 24/7 as it says here. I am sure they are probably excellent judging by the number of trucks they have outside. But I drove 2-3 milea out of my way because they were closer and "open 24/7". Maybe for emergency work, but not for duplicate keys. They need to go into Yelp and change their hours to closed on Saturday and Sunday except for emergency service. Thanks for wasting my time. I won't waste yours by coming back. I had a set of truck (big International semi) key copies done at this place. When I tried using keys, they wouldn't open truck's door (although they worked fine when used @ ignition). I went to another place and got me a set of copies that worked Just fine. I went to Anthony's to get reimbursed and person asked me to show him a key that worked which I did. He took some time comparing keys and told me I had brought the wrong key, that there were slight differences in the keys. (obviously there were) I realized $16.00 was not worth fighting over with this guy. Maybe a Yelp review would be more satisfyingly to reflect their customer service. These guys are great......I asked if they would order $40 a part for me. When i got it, it turned out my original latch was good. They asked of I wanted to return it I said not thats Ok it was 8 years old anyway. My lock still didn't work so I brought it in and they gave me some hints to fix the gate.....Sure enough I ended up fixing the gate my self. Today, 8/27/18, I called Anthony's and I spoke with Jason, who was very amiable. He told me to come on in and bring in the new locks. The door knob Lock fit and worked fine. Jason looked at the dead bolt and I told him there was this silver, circular part, that was too wide for my door. Guess what? He said no problem, we will just remove the screw holding it and you won't need it. Wow, that was terrific and no charge. So nice of him. When I got back home, the new Lock worked great. So, thanks so much Jason. You saved me a lot of time and aggravation. Thought maybe I would have to drill a larger hole. I'm sold on Anthony Lock and Safe - Bret was a friendly, persistent and professional on what was not one of my best evenings after I locked myself out of my house. No one likes going to such an expense but even with the help of a few neighbors and a friend with some crazy suggestions like taking the door pins out (don't try this at home kids because it's doesn't always work) we could not find a way to get back in my house without breaking a window so I called AL&S. Bret informed me of the pricing (reasonable) and said he would be there within the hour but actually he got here in about 10-15 minutes which is quicker than some pizza places I know a few block away. There were some difficulties with each of my doors for various reasons and we both got rained on quite a bit inspecting them but he stuck with it until he got the door open! He was such a good sport and I would call him again anytime. read more

I hired them to fix a deadbolt and they said it would cost $75/hr. They fixed it in 10 minutes but the charge also included a $75 fee just to show up at my house. Beware, the first $75 is just to show up and a separate charge for the parts and labor. read more
