Completely satisfied! We needed help with a deadbolt on an exterior door that we had tried to install ourselves without success and had also decided not to mess with installing the new bottom knob. Based on Yelp's rating, I called PBC Locksmith and Joe answered the phone right away. He advised he could get to me in about 45 minutes. He arrived right on time. He was extremely professional as well as friendly. Unbeknownst to us, the latch piece from the new bottom knob was missing from the box (apparently someone had returned it and kept the latch piece). Joe went out to his truck and found one for that brand (Schlage). Joe also provided some tips about locks in general. The price was also less than I was expecting.
