From the moment I called PBC locksmith Joe the owner answered phone immediately, I needed lock work on 4 different properties and he was able to accommodate me quite soon, right on the phone he was telling me ways to save some money. We installed schlage encode plus wi-fi, balanced the door and change a part of the old lock system, also help me to learn to navigate and understand the Schlage app then we drove to different properties to change locks codes, balance doors and reset garage door, all was done rather quickly due to his experience on the field. Joe is very professional, efficient, knowledgeable of his craft, and help you to save money when possible. Now all the properties doorknobs are fixed including garage doors. I came home after a long day of work to find out that someone that had an extra key to my house was coming in while I wasn't home. I had noticed that a few times before but thought I was just paranoid. Today I had proof that someone actually did come in and thought, I need to put an end to this now. I did not want to spend another night here, knowing that my life and my dog's could be in danger!! But it's already 6:30pm, who will be available at this time?! So I looked up locksmith, and PBC Locksmith came up. I called and Joe answered right away! He told me he could be at my place between 7:30, 8pm and he was right on time. I had a lock that came with my Ring camera, the ones with a code. I had asked my brother in law to install it for me but he said I would have to change the whole door!! Joe was able to cut the door and make the hole bigger, so not only did I not need to replace the door, but he also didn't leave until he made sure the code was working and the code pad was lighting up! And mind you, the door is metal on the outside and wood in the inside, so not an easy job. But Joe is a PRO! I called Joe to install a new electronic deadbolt I had purchased that I was unable to install myself. My door needed a larger hole cut for the deadbolt to fit and I was unwilling to attempt that for fear of creating a mess. I called Joe and he explained that he had just finished a job doing the exact same thing for another customer. Joe even offered to come out and do the install the same day. Joe didn't try to pressure me into buying a lock from him and told me the Yale lock I purchased was actually a very good lock. He said he could install it in 20 minutes - no problem. Well, Joe lived up to his word and arrived on time and professionally installed the lock in about 20 minutes. He even adjusted the door to eliminate an existing looseness that caused the door to rattle when closed.
