We installed schlage encode plus wi-fi, balanced the door and change a part of the old lock system, also help me to learn to navigate and understand the Schlage app then we drove to different properties to change locks codes, balance doors and reset garage door, all was done rather quickly due to his experience on the field. I came home after a long day of work to find out that someone that had an extra key to my house was coming in while I wasn't home. I had noticed that a few times before but thought I was just paranoid. Today I had proof that someone actually did come in and thought, I need to put an end to this now. I did not want to spend another night here, knowing that my life and my dog's could be in danger!! But it's already 6:30pm, who will be available at this time?! So I looked up locksmith, and PBC Locksmith came up. I called and Joe answered right away! He told me he could be at my place between 7:30, 8pm and he was right on time. I had a lock that came with my Ring camera, the ones with a code. I had asked my brother in law to install it for me but he said I would have to change the whole door!! Joe was able to cut the door and make the hole bigger, so not only did I not need to replace the door, but he also didn't leave until he made sure the code was working and the code pad was lighting up! And mind you, the door is metal on the outside and wood in the inside, so not an easy job. But Joe is a PRO! I called Joe to install a new electronic deadbolt I had purchased that I was unable to install myself. My door needed a larger hole cut for the deadbolt to fit and I was unwilling to attempt that for fear of creating a mess.
