Worst website/SEO company I've worked with: This company was presented as a "promising" option for web hosting and SEO, but my experience was extremely disappointing. After almost a full year, the return on investment was ZERO. None of the results they promised were ever put in writing, and no measurable improvements were delivered. The only thing they consistently managed was collecting their fees. It felt like empty promises with no accountability, all wrapped in a contract that offers no easy exit for the client. I am attempting to update my website. This is the 3rd time that I have updated my website and again it is a disaster. I sent in all my requested updates in a very easy to follow format. Nothing has come back correctly. I canceled my service in two days after I received their e-statement since they raised simple website hosting fee from 700 to 1000 range, when other website hosting company can do it for $150/yr. Although I tried to get out, they still want me to pay the full year, and no one there to explain why they don't do prorated fees. Impossible customer service. They will continue to charge your account even when everything is cancelled then ask you to sign in to discontinue the service on an account that cannot be accessed. Customer service is impossible to talk to with only option of leave a message and they will get back to you as soon as possible. That usually means in a week or 2. Check any and all other services and skip this one. The ADA should not sponsor PBHS or Revenue Well in any way. read more

Take CAUTION when doing business with PBHS! Because we had been doing business with PBHS for years, they were the obvious choice when we decided it was time to update our website and add additional online services to it. We contacted them and received a QUOTE (not a contract!) for the items in which we were interested. We signed the QUOTE (not a contract!) and provided a credit card for the charges they verbally told us would be charged "upfront." Well, PBHS charged more upfront than they said they would be charging. They charged 100% of the cost of the website redesign (we had agreed to that), setup fees for SEO and Social Media Marketing programs (we had NOT agreed to that), and 100% of charges for MODIFICATION of our EXISTING logo (we did not agree to that!). They asked us (despite the fact that we had been customers for many years) to fill out a Questionnaire that was better suited for a new customers. Even so, when they provided the shell of a website (not the template we had chosen!) with only basic information and for US - not they - to design and develop, they made 4 or 5 basic mistakes including the fact they entered our telephone number incorrectly...a pretty important piece of any company's website! We called and got voicemails and left messages that were ignored for about one week. We had to threaten to request our money back before any one called us at all! Their excuse - they were at a convention where they were attempting to convince yet more dentists to work with them. After about a week, they finally fixed the mistakes and provided us the correct template and indicated in their WRITTEN communication that they still had more to do, but wanted us to review what they had done so far. We did. We said it was "better" and they took that as us saying it was great work! Guess what, they never did anything further! They never even once attempted to modify our logo; in fact, they continually promoted ideas that we specifically told them we did not like and did not want. Eventually, we decided we would not move forward with our project with PBHS. The president of the company - Mr. Jay Levine - wrote us an email dated September 24, 2019 in which he said that they would refund the $1,250.00 they charged us for the SEO and Social Media setup fees. He never refunded anything. He took all of our money and provided no services whatsoever. When our credit card company contacted him, he refused to refund the money for the services even he admitted he had not provided at all. See a copy of Mr. Levine's email above. According to our credit card company, a merchant has the right to refuse a refund when a customer disputes bogus charges even when, as here, there is clear, written proof that PBHS did not provide $1,250.00 of the services they charged to our credit card when they knew they had provided none of those services. We hired another company and now have a beautiful website. When the new website went live in December 2019, we contacted PBHS to notify them we would not be needing website hosting from them any longer. They provided us a form to complete and fax back to them. We did - on December 4th. PBHS, without any authorization to do so and specific notification not to do so, charged our credit card $195.00 for hosting a website that doesn't exist. They ignore the voicemails we left and will not return our calls, respond to our emails, or return the money they took from us while providing no services at all. We paid PBHS for doing nothing and paid for our new website too. Whether we ever get any of the money back that PBHS took from us while providing us no services, it was worth cutting off our business relationship with PBHS. Compare the websites PBHS (really it's their customers who design them, not PBHS) offers and the websites designed by professionals who provide the services they get paid for before you sign PBHS's QUOTE and/or listen to their empty promises and representations. It makes the old saying that, "you get what you pay for" ring true. Just because PBHS's website templates are cheap doesn't make their "designs" and their "services" worth having! read more

Our experience setting up the ADA TV service through this company was disappointing to say the least. I'm not saying it might not be worth it if you get one of their holiday offers when you sign up, but I think customers should know the amount of 'support' vs. 'DIY' that you will get before signing a contract. Don't think you'll be able to try it for 30 days and back out ... 20 days into the contract, I asked about cancelation of service because of the quality issues and was told we'd have to pay the full year of monthly fees. I suppose if you are ok paying this amount every month when all you get is an initial setup of incompetently compiled YouTube videos in a generic playlist. You will still have the ability to adjust the playlist and add custom videos from YouTube yourself. However, when you get your initial playlist, prepare yourself to have to watch through a 5 hour playlist in order to weed out gems like these: * a video that is about a service you did not indicated you provide * a video that is not in English * videos that look like they came out of the 80s * a video that is intended for dentists not patients * a video that is a hiring ad for a dental implant company * a video of a talk show that contains an interview with ANOTHER dental office The chyron (or news ticker) that plays at the bottom of the screen is a listing of article titles one after another which do not give enough info about the topic to be useful as news source. For example, you might see one that only says "How do you tell the difference between flu and COVID?" and another that says "Why Chargepoint dropped 25% last month?" I suppose you are paying to get the platform, which is not entirely bad I suppose, but don't hold your breath for any customizations ... it's all fully DIY! Given that most of the videos come straight from YouTube (apart from the Toothflix ADA series of videos), I don't see it as a stretch for someone a bit technologically-inclined to set up a similar YouTube playlist that plays constantly on a smart TV or TV stick without having to pay the monthly fee. read more

PBHS assisted in designing a new website for my oral surgery practice. They offered many design options, and their staff was very accommodating. Since our initial design, they have been very responsive with any edits and modifications. I have worked with other site designers in the past. My experience with PBHS has gone back for many years and I have always been impressed with how carefully they handle my doctor's account. They are endorsed by many associations included the ADA. Signed up with PBHS over a years ago. They offered lots of big provides that they would increase the flow to my website. I also hired them for pay per click marketing which they said we would not need to do very long as their SEO campaign would bring in so many new clients. Not only did we see a dramatic reduction in client flow, the pay per click only resulted in an average of 1 new client every other month. When this was. Relayed to PBHS they said they would address it however no one had any solutions. I asked to end my contract as it did it appear they knew what they were doing and at that point they held my website"hostage" and would not transfer it back to me until I paid them $1200. This is the most unethical company I have ever worked with and recommend not using them for your website or SEO needs. read more

PBHS does the bare minimum! They tout that they have the best services and staff around but in fact underpay and under staff! They also WAY OVER CHARGE for their services!!! They're staff even joke about it. The website I received was a run of the mill WordPress theme that I could have downloaded for free and customized myself. They're content is the same across the board. Everyone get the same content. Then its on you to change it. Once you have one of their sites - it still belongs to them. If you want to leave, too bad. You cant take your site with you. Don't get suckered in by the sales team because they literally will tell you what you want to hear - they don't even know what they're selling, as long as you take the bait. They hit every dental and medical convention looking for new doctors with new loans and will try to suck as much money out of you as humanly possible!!! They provide you with nothing of value!!! Its all recycled garbage that you can easily do yourself!!!! If you google the names of the people that have given high ratings for this company on brideye, you'll see they are actually PBHS staff members! Bad business, bad marketing, just a bad decision all around!!!! I will never use their services again and would STRONGLY suggest you don't either. You'll end up with buyers remorse and if you attempt to leave or remove your payment info, they will attempt to sue you!!!! read more
