They are lovely to look at and open up the living room to the back porch, but the first door stopped sliding. I guess we now had standing glass doors. Add to that, there was a gap of about ¼ inch at the bottom of the second door. I had called a company that advertised in the monthly home improvement magazine/fliers that we get in the mail. Talked to a nice woman who wanted the age and pictures of the doors. I got the information to her and she called back to say that the rollers could not be replaced on my doors. I would have to replace the doors. All I saw was dollar signs and lots of them. This happened several months ago. Last week my neighbor sent me a FB link to Easy Rollers with a note that the company had great reviews, I should contact them. Without much hope, I sent a message explaining that I had very old doors in need of help. First surprise, I got answer back right away asking for our general location so they could schedule a time to look at them. Second surprise, the gentlemen from Easy Rollers came out Monday morning and replaced the rollers and track, along with checking all the doors and fixing the gap between the first and second door!! We could not have asked for nicer people to deal with. They were courteous, friendly and knew their business. Bottom line, I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

It probably would have even been faster if i had been at home and available the same afternoon, to be honest. What really stood out to me though, was how wonderfully, over the top accommodating they were with our hectic work and family schedule... right off the bat, the owner himself offered some flexible appointment times and even said the weekend could be an option if we needed that. Thankfully we didn't though. The entire team at Carlos and Brian's was incredibly professional and courteous, from the very first phone call to the guys that came over to my house. They took the time to listen to me, explained everything they were going to do with the random jobs around that we needed done, and their attention to detail for things like wiping down water from the plumbing and cleaning up after was awesome. When they were helping to move some heavy furniture, I was really worried about my hardwood floors, but they didnt scratch them at all.... actually the guys even asked if i wanted them to take their shoes off before walking inside ehen they first arrived. Rhey were pretty fast, I asked them to do a few things (put on a new faucet, fix a weird annoying light, move a huge dresser, fix up my old mailbox) and I think they were in and out in about an hour.. I REALLY appreciated that I could Venmo them for payment. Getting cash would have been annoying. Oh, I also liked that they were licensed/insured and showed up looking professional - it was not like I just hired some random dudes to come into my house - you know, just good peace of mind for the few random repair jobs we needed done, just knowing there was qualified professionals working in our home and even if something went wrong they had us covered. They cleaned up thoroughly after completing the repairs, and the quality of work was outstanding. Some big name hardware store do not even carry it. Accurate Window & Screening is a old windows store in Tampa. They open since 1961. They have some stock put away or old manufacturers that make the spare part that is not make anymore. I found the item I need in this unique store. Not cheap but at least I have to part to replace and repair them.
