I took my laptop in for repair because the screen was failing, sometimes it would turn off. The worst thing is that they returned it to me in worse condition and the screen did not work. The person responsible for the repair did not want to talk to me. And they didn't give me my money back. I then took my laptop to Best Buy's repair service, and they confirmed that the screen is no good.

I reached their store, $130 dollars afterwards I bring them to the apple store to have them verified. They tell me they are a counterfeit pair of airpods. I later then return to the store to get my money back, to find someone has already deposited the days cash to the bank. I was then sent to the bank after being written a check by the associate. I was not under the impression I would be sold bootleg counterfeit apple airpods that were meant to be sold as the real thing. This could seriously hurt a business especially when legal intervention gets involved. Glad to say I got my money back but would not recommend buying anything from this store.
