Eric and the team ran a diagnosis and called me within hours of what was damaged. The harddrive was shot and everything important to me were gone, so I thought. The team was able to pull nearly everything back to the new drive. I didn't have an external backup harddrive on that machine, so I'm grateful that they were able to make my machine whole AND at a reasonable price. I recently used PC Medics by having them come to my home to fix an issue my wife and I were having with our home printers when Comcast knocked out our ability to print when they installed a new wireless modem. Garret was our tech he arrived promptly at the agreed time. He fixed the problem on both computers and test printed from both computers! Wonderful service and great job all under an hour and at our home. Garret also told us about other services they good perform remotely. We have signed up for this added protection and service. All is wonderful! PS: Over the weekend my wife's computer developed a new problem so I took the computer to their office in Oaklyn and the fixed the problem within a few hours!!!
