I'm a frequent Best Buy member, and I count on their efficiency. I picked out the items quickly, but when I reached the checkout, I realized I didn't want two of the extra items I had initially considered. Instead of letting me simply leave them with him or restock them himself, the employee rudely insisted I go all the way to the back of the store to re-shelve them myself before he'd let me check out. This is completely unacceptable. I was ready to walk out and buy from another store, but I had no time. As a loyal customer, I expect much better. This kind of disregard for basic customer service is why Best Buy is losing business. Convenience is supposed to be the point--forcing me to restock is not my job.

Manager of Verizon is a complete ass and is protecting the employee. Police told me it happens at this location with Verizon a lot.
