I had a last minute change that they were able to accommodate and went above and beyond to ensure everything was connected and up and running. So happy to finally have fast Internet and be able to support a local business. *** Them being able to provide you high speed Internet is absolutely dependent on line of sight to one of their main towers. I happen to be in a lower area so, to verify they came and did a line of sight drone survey (which was awesome!!). It turned out to be an antivirus program that I had installed that was causing the problem. They were able to diagnose the problem, get the antivirus program uninstalled and removed from my computer completely. And they took the time to explain to me why I should never use that particular brand and what to look out for when downloading an antivirus. They also took the time to install a good antivirus program, that can be used without paying for a subscription. They took the time to show me how to continue using the software for free, even after the 14 day trial was over. They showed me how to manually scan my computer using the antivirus software. They advised me to use it daily, and explained what to do if it found something during the scan. They were able to do all of this while I was there in the shop. I didn't have to drop it off and come back to get it, like I expected to have to do. And they only charged me $35 to fix the problem. I have used Tech ER several times to fix my devices. They are now my go to place when something stops working. I know that I can trust them and they won't over charge me. I also really like the way that they treat me as a customer. In the past I have gone to other laptop/cell phone repair companies that treated me like they didn't really want my business. I have never been made to feel like that at Tech ER. No matter what I bring to them they always treat me like my problem is important to them, and literally every time I have been in there I have ended up paying less than I expected to

So disappointed with the Customer Service and treatment by Manager Amy with Southern Tractor. We…read morepurchased a Stihl weed eater from Ace in Willis 8 months ago and the unit would not stay running. It would start and work for 1 minute and stop. Ace Hardware Manager told us to take it to Southern Tractor that they perform Warranty for Stihl purchases from Ace. Also, Ace told us that the Stihl Warranty covered any issue for the first year up to and including replacement of the unit. We then took the unit to Southern Tractor and the gentleman that helped us took it and said "Oh yes, any issue would be covered by warranty". We received a call from Southern Tractor telling us the unit was ready - no mention that there would be a charge. My husband went to pick up the unit and was told, that it required a carburetor adjustment and the charge was $55.00. Manager Amy at Southern Tractor, says that they had to adjust first before they can find out if there were any other issues - no other issues - so they say we are responsible for the adjustment fee of $55.00. Amy was also very rude on the phone when I called to discuss. I do not recommend Ace Hardware for lawn equipment or Southern Tractor to perform work. Remember the warranty on lawn equipment is not worth the paper it is written on.
