Igor did a great job. Very responsive. I was returning a Tesla Model S on lease. A week before the lease return I got some pretty nasty damage on my rear passenger door. Body work on Tesla's can literally be 10's of thousands of dollars. Igor fixed the nasty body damage, wheel rash on 3 wheels, touched up paint on a quarter sized bumper scrape (perfect color match), and buffed out and polished some large body scratches in the ceramic coating (some I hadn't even noticed). The car was done the same day I brought it in and the price was more than fair! It looked showroom perfect when he was done. Igor's business does this kind of work regularly for Tesla dealers. Igore is the man! I have a Mini Cooper that I'm really obsessed with making it into my little pristine weekend racer. So when I bought it there were a a few tiny dings and the. This review is going to be a bit long because I want to do justice to this business. I hope you will take the time to read and refer this business to others as well. Igor, the owner of PCH Dent Repair (and also One Spot Auto), met with me briefly the same day I called him when he was on the way to a job from another. He said on the spot that the damage is fairly severe, too big for him to fix at my home. He said that he was willing to try to fix it though it was going to be a challenge but that I would have to bring the car to his shop in Carlsbad. He gave me a reasonable and competitive estimate for the repair. What was incredible is that Igor said that he will not charge anything if he sees that the damage is beyond the scope of paint-less dent repair services. I was a bit skeptical driving up to Carlsbad not knowing if he works at a legit shop. What I saw and experienced is beyond words--a beautiful well-maintained shop shared by three partners (Freddy, CJ who owns DoneRightDips) who work synergistically to help each other, superb customer service and an atmosphere of complete transparency in the work they do. Unfortunately, it was determined that the damage on my car would require the services of a body shop which I was trying to avoid because I prefer less pollution and waste in the interest of preserving our planet. It turns out that Igor has the same principles which is why he is in this business. Not only, true to his words, did he not charge me anything for his time to assess if the problem is fixable, they offered me drinks and a place to sit in their office while I waited. They even allowed me to observe them in action (it was very interesting for me!) as long as I stayed at a safe distance and let me take photos as he dismantled the bumper. It is very clear that Igor not only loves his trade and likes a challenge, but he is a man of highest integrity. Sure he'd have liked to have my business and I would have liked that even more, but what he achieved in the end is proving that there are good-hearted, decent, hard-working individuals who prioritize character over profit....yes, even among car mechanics!
