Mary is God-sent! I…read moregot a small, dinky little paint chip on my car. Literally like a couple grains of rice. I've called around, sent pictures, they all quote about $700. I said I just wanted to make sure it gets fixed so it doesn't get worse. Mary was the ONLY one who suggested to simply get paint pencil from Toyota and call it a day. She said it won't be that pretty, but it will get the job done. If I go with them, they will buff out the entire section, she explained everything thoroughly so it made sense why the charge the amount. I asked more about the paint pencil and she walked me through how to ask Toyota, what to do, what to watch out for... $40 later, problem fixed! I basically didn't want to leave the paint cracked because it will cause rust, so that's what I was avoiding. I sooooo appreciate the alternative she gave, which lost her the business, but absolutely gained a future customer! I will definitely come to her if I actually need something done and highly recommend her for her honesty and best customer service practices!

The difference is he told me his name was Paul Wilson and the guy who did the other review below me was told that his name was Jonathan. I already left a review prior but when I believed his story that he was in the hospital, I took it down. Now I am putting it back up. I'm not sure where his thought process was or the point of trying to say no, no I promise I will fix it was since he just wasted two more weeks of my time. The worst part is he brought his two sons. Do they know what he does? Are they learning to grow up and do this to people? I just can't believe how wrong this is on so many levels. It looks like someone just spray painted my car. I wish I paid the extra few hundred and did it right. Never pay cash, always make sure a business is a legit no matter how tempting a price is. Now I have to pay who knows how much to fix this and have this ache in my gut really seeing how people can be.
