Experienced, professional, and knowledgeable are words I use to describe PCI Dealer School.  AND they help me get a job!!!  I highly recommend them. First the PCI Dealer School let me observe the classes in session at the time I visited to get the feel of the class before I signed up. And they offered a 3 game promotion special, so I signed up for 3 table games.  Jesse and Wayne are highly knowledgeable and shared relevant experiences on the proper way to deal.  They not only taught techniques and rules, but they also explained why certain procedures are done.  This is a much better way for me to learn something.  Instead of just being told "this is the way you will do it", I was taught "this is why you do it this way."  Having this knowledge makes it much easier to remember to do it that way. FRIENDLY & GREAT JOB PLACEMENT This is probably one of the friendliest school out there in Vegas. If you're new to Vegas like I am, just moved here and have no idea what to do for a job, PCI is the perfect place to go. Jesse, the owner, always greet you when you first come in in the morning and he talk stories with everyone. It's a very comfortable atmosphere to learn and get to know people, which is very important. You gotta be open to meeting new people and Jesse's place is great to do that. Within 3 months, I learned Blackjack and Craps. Paul, the Blackjack instructor was a really cool guy, very funny at times. Craps was a very difficult game for me, especially since I never even knew how to play it before, but Jeff was very good at teaching it. He taught everyone at their own pace, and even threw it neat tricks that veteran dealers used in their arsenal. Overall, I learned the games pretty fast, within 3 months, I was ready to get a JOB. I think PCI is the best dealer school in Vegas! I picked 3 games to learn, blackjack, craps and baccarat, and I knew nothing about the 3 games bf I went to the school. Every instructor here is great! They are patient, responsible and kind. I'm Chinese and my English is not that good. So sometimes I can't understand, the instructors are always very patient, they will slow down and explain to me till I get it. And the owner here, Jessie is really good, too! All of the teachers are very hands-on and willing to work with any skill level. After becoming proficient in both games, Jesse set me up with my first interview.
