pcnation was very likely the worst company we have ever encountered. i am the director of operations for a company so i have run into crooks but pc nation is the worse of the worst. i have never written a review before but have to warn people not to buy from pcnation. stay away. one of our agents purchased a printer online from pcnation and it was defective. she tried to return it but pcnation stung her along until the 30 day return period had passed by refusing to provide a return address and authorization. they shut her out of their website where she had registered to track the item and communicate with them. there are many more pieces to the story but you get the idea, i hope. pcnation is a nightmare experience. save yourself trouble and do not buy from pcnation. they need to be shut down so they cannot rip anyone else off. read more

I ordered Chromebase computer from PCNation and I am very pleased with my interactions with PC Nation customer service. Initially my payment had been declined by my credit card company because they had a fraud alert from another transaction from another company. This was cleared up but pcnation asked that we go through PayPal for its protections which is perfectly understandable. I would do the same thing in their shoes. What surprised me is once we got that cleared up and paid through PayPal I received the computer the next morning. I did ask for overnight delivery but we had not cleared things up with the payment issue until about 2 p.m. the previous day. They were on top of everything. I will order any computer parts from this company from now on they are very trustworthy. read more

I never write these reviews so this is a first. I was blown away by the customer service I received yesterday at PC Nation. I came in as my battery was running low on my laptop and asked the Customer Service person if I could order a replacement battery. They researched it and found out it was under warranty and then (for free) spent the next 30 minutes reprogramming my laptop to use less battery when I'm using it remotely while traveling. To top this off, the owner was walking by as I was talking to the customer service person and stopped what he was doing to help out and offer some ideas on preserving the battery. Had a great experience in their new store. I had bought from them over the phone many times before, but my rep, Ben, told me to check out the new store before my next purchase. I went in looking for a notebook, and walked out with a top-level Lenovo, had all of my files transferred over, scanned for virus issues, and a new 1TB usb hard drive, with everything backed up in case of any problem. I added all of this up, and it was far less then the Geek-Squad and it took no time at all (well a reasonable amount of time, to be honest ). I will be back. I like them. The store is awesome. Smartest people in the store and can solve your problems. Well at least techology ones. They don't want to hear about how you got dumped or anything else, unless there's a phone number they're getting later. Good guys with lots of knowledge. Could be worse, like whatever is left standing on the North Shore. They aren't selling dishwashers today and tablets tomorrow. Plus I found lots of cool stuff like TV's and sound systems. Ordered a Viewsonic monitor from pcnation's amazon store on dec. 11. The delivery date kept changing until my order disappeared from my list while UPS hadn't even recieved the parcel. They never mailed the monitor and amazon eventually refunded the money. I was looking for the best new laptop I could find and came across the HP dragonfly. When I went to HPs website the build and deliver date was March 20 before I would get the machine. So I googled and found PC Nation and they had one built in stock and shipped it to me in three days. The Laptop arrived in perfect condition and I am very happy User. Ordered a Brother printer through PCNation and it was expected anywhere from 3-5 business days but the printer had arrived to it's destination quicker than what they had estimated which was awesome. Also, they had by far the best price for the printer that I had been looking for and doing my research on. So all in all I was satisfied with my experience through PCNation. read more

I ordered an external monitor for my laptop. PCNation's service is excellent. They followed up instantly so see if I received my monitor and if everything was to my satisfaction.
