This is a general practice facility so your urine, blood sample, and physical can be done here. Dr. Garcia will make sure he is coherent in what your discomforts are and firmly advise you in what you need to do for whatever ails you and what medicines you need to be prescribed. I can tell you that they do take Blue Cross/Blue Shield but then again I haven't run into any place yet that doesn't take them. After your visit here you can either go down to the other end of the strip center to the pharmacy that is infested with screaming rug rats and miserable people or you can, of course, take your prescription to your favorite one. Her manners and the way she treats and talks to you and make sure that you understand everything she's trying to convey about your health or situation is thorough. Sometimes she will even call from her personal number to give an update on what is going on or if everything is okay. When you check in there is of course a waiting room for probably about 50 people I would say and on certain days it can be packed but most of the times I've been able to get in with them 15 or 30 minutes. I would say 95% of the associates here are friendly and most what knowledgeable on their roles here. If I were to be picky I would say a lot of the times the calls from the receptionist or whoever is supposed to tell you about your blood work and such might not make it unless you make the call first or sometimes they won't forget to give you a courtesy call to remind you about your appointment which I understand as an adult you're supposed to keep up with your own itinerary but it's just a nice gesture knowing that they do care see if you're still coming in or not. Parking is very limited but about a 30 second walk outside of the door is a vast parking lot which should be no problem. They take your blood work here as well so make sure you fast at least 8 hours before coming in.

The office manager Cheryl was great and made scheduling an appointment a breeze. The office waiting area was great and even had a play area for my 4 year old son, and Dr. Phan was great and I felt really listened to my concerns. My only complaint was that they were so busy I had to wait 30 minutes past my appointment time to see the doctor. Overall, though , great experience highly recommend!
