So I did not have high hope for my visit on 7.24.24. I had to see the doctor for my annual checkup. My regular doctor retired (good for you!) so I had to pick a new PCP, Dr. Cynthia Basaldua. I have seen her a few times before when my regular doctor was on vacation. She was very polite during my visit. She explained everything to me for my care in the future. Overall, today's experience was good. The front desk lady was friendly and NOT rude today. That's a plus. I am giving 4 stars for the overall experience today. I contacted both my employer and the location, and the manager, Destiny, went above and beyond to make things right. She quickly got me rescheduled, made sure I didn't have to wait long, and treated me with kindness and professionalism throughout the entire process. She even offered snacks while I was there, which was such a thoughtful touch. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but excellent customer service is what truly makes a difference. Destiny turned what started as a negative experience into a positive one, and I sincerely appreciate her outstanding customer care. And on a lighter note... if you're single and happen to visit, you might notice there are quite a few hardworking, good-looking oil and gas professionals coming through! Crooked and shady billing practices!!! Never once sent a…read morebill, and instead of billing my insurance, have forwarded me to a collection company calling everyday for payment. I refused to pay over the phone, so I was given a website and account #. An account number to pay, not to view your bill or whether your insurance was billed or not. Lazy, LAZY accounting and harassing methods claiming they billed multiple times. We have informed delivery by post office, so I know for sure there is no record of a bill!! Yet, you're not even talking to their billing dept, just collections who won't discuss your bill at all. Why are they afraid to mail me my bill?? Give me a bill so I can talk to my health insurance and sort it out if you in fact even billed my insurance in the first place. I will fight this all the way to a congressional complaint with our Tricare insurance going to crap with their new contract and then these businesses abusing customers with shady billing practices!! Don't mess with the military community, because I'll reach out to my congressional rep and all of those on all congressional military committees!! Bill insurances AND THEN send your clients their bills in the mail!!

I found Angel Care Family Clinic on Google and saw all the great reviews they had. I decided to give them a try, I was a walk-in patient but they were still able to treat me fairly quickly. I was able to get diagnosed and get prescribed antibiotics in a reasonable amount of time. I initially had my prescription sent to CVS, but it turns out they weren't in my insurance's network, so I called the clinic back and they happily forwarded my prescription to Walmart, so I was able to pick it up. I remember prior to leaving the clinic I got really light headed and they gave me some ammonia to sniff it really helped! They even let me take a few for the road. I paid a $40 co-payment. I highly, highly recommend this place. Their kindness and dedication to their patients is something that is greatly admirable!

Today on the other hand I went in to try tirzepatide compound honestly I didn't like that the syringes are pre-filled, but I wanted to jump on this trend! I was not told where to inject, how I should modify my diet, how much protein to intake. I've done research, but still. All they did was take my weight, blood pressure and then I got an "ok you're injections are ready" pay up kinda thing.
