The office manager Cheryl was great and made scheduling an appointment a breeze. The office waiting area was great and even had a play area for my 4 year old son, and Dr. Phan was great and I felt really listened to my concerns. I visit once a month for a prescription and refill and can usually get in that day! I have never had a problem with billing or insurance whatsoever. He has had a referral every time I have needed one. As for the prior review about not having a lab. Really?! There are 9 labs in a 3 block radius used by 90% of the providers in that area. If you must have a lab in your providers office, go to Kelsey Seybold...or somewhere in the medical center.....but good luck with the Dr. knowing your name...ever.

Same goes for much needed medical equipment. Going there is a true waste of time since nothing gets accomplished. She only likes to refer people out but does NOT CARE to treat anyone. Awful office staff guy who basically yelled at me and told me "either I bring my wheelchair bound father by a certain time or go to the ER!" Dr Chako should go back to school and learn medical ethics and how to properly treat a patient as well as learn to properly diagnose and prescribe life saving medications. Also office hours are a joke as well as NO after hours doctor or nurse to reach in case of anything. Pharmacist is surprised how she can't even reach the doctor on any medication concern!
