We were scheduled for installation just one day before a predicted 90+ heat wave and our job was supposed to take 2 days, Friday and Monday. But they said they would try to get it done in one day. And so they did. They sent out a small army of technicians/ workers to break down the old system and install the new, and they finished the job by about 5 pm on Friday. Thankfully, we haven't needed many service calls (and if we do, it's been partly our fault for not replacing a filter or something like that) but of course when we need them it's the coldest or hottest of days and yet we receive prompt service.
