Their service was prompt and professional. The sewer line from my house to the city line was backing up into the driveway. I spoke to them in the morning and by 3pm they were here. They unclogged the line and then ran the camera through the line. Luigi and I were both very surprised to see that the last company that was out here in January 2021 for the same problems broke off part of their snake. And there is 30 ft of snake in my drain. Luigi gave me an estimate for digging up the driveway to retrieve the piece of snake. The estimate I felt was very fair, he included the work he had done that day into the estimate. I was doing a favor for a neighbor who had a water line burst on her. She had an insurance contract with the water company that covers her in the event of leakage and this company is one of their recommended repair companies. The man who came to her house advised me that after using sound technology the "leak" was actually coming from my property since part of her line crossed over to my backyard. I gave written permission with the understanding thinking that if her pipe was indeed causing backflow into my yard then it must be addressed. The letter the neighbor wrote also indicated that once the work was done Mister Sewer would arrange sometime in the future to have a landscaper come out and repair damage to my yard. The original agreement was written as basic restoration consisting of "soil and seed." Later on when the owner signed off on it the limitations per her insurance contract limited them to basic restoration which was "seed and straw" as well as leveling. I was not given opportunity to initial this change as acceptable since I received a printed copy with the signature and addendum. On the day they did the work and dug up the area as deep as a grave the water line was tested. There was no leakage at all coming from the pipe that was under my yard but rather was somewhere under the concrete below her deck. They completed the project by forcing out the defective copper using an underground snake technique from her water shut off valve in her home. They replaced the line with what they call a superior plastic by Uponor. My understanding was that this pex product expands and contracts and is more durable than copper and will last longer. I did learn that without this insurance the base cost is at least $2500.00. My neighbor was grateful and pleased with the work they had done. I, on the other hand, have to consult other landscapers in order to get the right information on how to properly restore my lawn as well as allow for eventual settlement where the hole was dug. Hopefully in time I will get the information needed and go accordingly. I'm sure they are a fine company to work with but when you are filing an insurance claim they usually use the least invasive means possible and must limit their work and restorations according to the guidelines set by the insurance company. Please be aware of that fact if you are paying a water/sewer insurance premium on your water bill. read more

I had Mr Sewer replace my main sewer line running under my house. It was a difficult job and required tearing up my laundry room, pantry and garage floors. Ryan, Bill, Glen and Noah did a great job. They kept me informed on what would occur in the repair, let me know each day about their arrival time and did a great job. Unfortunately on what was to be the last day of clean up there were some scheduling issues which cause the job not finish until a week after expected. Mr Sewer has a good crew and does great work. This company is evil! r. Sewer will ruin your life without any hesitation. They were sent to me by American Water Recourses (AWR) to water-jet my sewer pipe and do the video inspection of the line. They did water-jet the line, but their incompetent technician was not able to go through the housetrap in the yard. They assumed that my house trap is broken, the repair is not covered by the insurance. They told me that they will need to destroy the retaining wall and the fence and damage my property to at least $15K to change the trap. I asked for the second opinion from another company that had no problem to navigate the camera through the trap and discovered the break in a sewer line under the sidewalk, almost 2 feet away from the trap. AWR sent me another plumber who also had no problem to navigate through the trap and found the break of the pipe on a sidewalk. Now, because of Mr. Sewer incompetence and inability to recognize mistakes, the insurance company is rejecting my claim citing Mr. Sewer and demanding that I spent thousands and fix the trap first. I'd like to repeat that the broken pipe is almost 2 feet away from the trap and has nothing to do with it. This individual is evil, his incompetent diagnostics ruined me financially, from a homeowner and small business owner with positive outlook, I am on the verge of becoming homeless. Evil! read more

I would give them 10 stars if I could. We had a very complex sewer issue, multiple breaks, root intrusion, the works. This was made more complex by the involvement of 2 insurance companies. Mister Sewer has been our life saver. The one insurance companies sent out 2 other plumbers, one could not fix the issue, the other said they did (and charged for the fix) but Mister Sewer found they didn't actually fix the break (I saw it with my own eyes). Mister Sewer saved us from having another sewage backup. Every person we have dealt with at Mister Sewer has been polite and professional. They are thorough, honest, know what they are doing and clean up after the work beautifully. I wish I had the names of everyone I dealt with, but Damean B and Brandon R did a wonderful job of concreate restoration. Brandon E. who came out countless times to camera and diagnose is amazing. If your house needs an enema might I recommend Mr Sewer. I called for an appointment late yesterday afternoon (my issue was not yet a crisis and I had evening plans, so waiting til the next morning was no problem). I asked for a price and he gave me a ballpark...unlike those other guys that wait until they are in your house before talking numbers He said he'd be there by 7:15, he pulls up at 7:00 and 45 mins later he's gone and things are flowing great. Nothing like that wind tunnel sound when water goes down the drain I made an error calling Roto-rip-off first because I was in a bit of a time crunch yesterday. They said they could be there in an hour but showed up 3 hours later sending my whole afternoon to hell. And the kid stood there trying to feed me BS about how it happens and wanted to charge me $300 to start. Buddy, If I wanted a load of crap, I'd dig some out of my backed up sewer line. Had a water line leak somewhere in the line outside of the home. They had Justin come out which was here within the hour and was very polite and explained every option I had and what things can cause the issue I had which was very helpful to understand my situation. They scheduled Water leak detection right away and they came out and marked where the leak was in ground. They then had the dig team come out on the next available day. Chris and his father came to start digging and were very polite and explained everything they were doing. They even found a broken buried sewer clean out which they repaired for me instantly without trying to charge me extra and used their own parts. They quickly fixed the leak in the main water line and restored the yard back to perfection. Didn't even look like someone had dug up there as they flatten the whole area for it to grow with grass again in the future. Awesome company and first time where I felt comfortable with a plumber and not hassled. Family owned business and they send you emails/text before their arrival and while they are on their way you can see on an online map where they are along your route and ETA. We had to have a sewer trap replaced in an 125 year old house. It required digging 11 feet down to find the junction, which was practically under our porch. During this process, we also discovered a 25 year old defunct (but live) water main into the house that needed to be permanently shut off. Mr. Sewer did both of these jobs + coordinated with the county and city for required inspections. Rob was great + professional. They did a great job + I highly recommend. I needed my sewer line snaked out. He offered to come Saturday or Monday...Saturday would have been at a higher price. So on Friday we settled that he would come Monday. On Friday I asked for a confirmed time and was told to fill out a service request form from a link sent to my phone. That didn't work so he (Jason) asked that I text him the info...address, email, etc. Monday morning at 9 am I shot him a text asking what time he would arrive. Terrible company to deal with. Every single step involved in getting my sewer replaced was painful. Lied to three times about follow up work they promised to do. The original work wasn't done right and I was forced to deal with a backing up sewer for three weeks before I could be graced with their presence.
