The bad was the dryers were very slow to dry and ate more quarters than any other laundry we've visited. The bathroom there is locked and not available to customers. With that said, she makes it an enjoyable place to come to wash my belongings - without having to use nasty washers like I've seen in other places or the nuisance of kids play. I have piece of mind when I know my clothes are being washed in somewhat of a sanitary washer without the presence of the previous customer's filth/dirt. The dryers are in decent condition. You do get the average 6 minutes for every $0.25, with the option for high, medium or low heat setting. There a few folding tables and carts to use while there. The only negative about this place is there isn't an outlet to charge phones/laptops, no TVs for leisure while waiting or bathroom. Besides that, this is an ideal place to come to if you live near Eleventh street in Tracy.

The bathroom was clean, WiFi was reasonable (check the change machine for the password), all machines worked with coins or DexterPay (with a small convenience fee), the temperature inside was comfortable, and outdoor seating is available as well. Everything felt clean and well cared for. Only one or two machines out of dozens were out of order. Last loads need to go in one hour before closing time. Some seating and electrical outlets are available for public use, which is a rare kindness these days. All in all, I'm very grateful I stopped by to wash and dry several sleeping bags and a whole lot of clothes!
