What's included in the package is made unclear, so I never got what I expected. In addition, during the shoot he said that he could take my arm out if I had it on my kiddo and when I reminded him of this later, he said that was considered a complex edit and would cost money but they'd do it complmenetary that time. Honestly, I was a little nervous about the whole experience, but Deb made it seamless. From scheduling online (no phone calls! a dream come true), to paying electronically, to having the opportunity to select my background and share the look I was interested in, to feeling completely comfortable during my photo shoot - it was a seamless experience with Deb. She's so friendly, warm, and accommodating that it really takes the stress out of the process. Her professional studio if in the basement of her home, which turned out just fine - I parked on the street in from of her house, rang the doorbell, went to her studio, and everything worked out well. My headshots turned out so beautifully that I made my husband get his done with Deb as well!
