I brought the saw back up there about 4 days later. They had the saw for about 4 days. The called me to tell me it was fixed and to come pick it up. When I get there they tell me it was flooded and they had to adjust the carb. It is obvious that they had to try and start it to see what was going on. They flooded it and discovered the carb was improperly adjusted causing the initial problem. They blamed the flooding on me and said it was not warranty covered. They charged me 20 dollars to get my saw back for something they caused. I recommend you buy and service your stihl and Toro yard gear elsewhere to a place that actually cares about its clients and isn't trying to screw them for something the client couldn't have done. Avoid ace hardware west ave in cartersville.

I sent the owner and the installer the pics of the leak as well pictures of the readings from a moisture meeter. Tim the owner, said he would replace the transom that was leaking but would not stand behind it not leaking anymore. He would not replace the door as requested. They build the 2 sidelights and the transom. You can see water in the wood now as the paint has bubbled in multiple areas.
