Cool as all get out. People there were nice and professional. Guy came and took my car into the bay and by the time I filled out my info and sat down, they were done. Pretty darn quick if you ask me. I wouldn't recommend PDQ. They used to be great, I've been getting my oil changed there for 2-3 years now. I went and got my oil changed last week and my truck started acting up. Come to find out they didn't put the air filter housing back on. Engine has been sucking dirty air in for almost a week. Now I'm having cylinder misfires and Cat converter codes. Not sure if they're related but it damn sure feels like it. I have another vehicle that I take up there as well. Last oil change I got done on it they stripped one of the oil pan bolts and just left it. Never told me. PDQ was great a year ago and I would've recommended it with 4 stars but here lately they've caused me more of a headache then I'd like to deal with. read more

Complete SCAMMERS! I usually never post reviews but this experience shocked me so bad, I have to. I called them before I even came in and was quoted $199 over the phone for new brakes. I said okay sounds great. When I pulled up, the mechanic's eyes literally lit up as he seen me, a young man in a Mercedes Benz (they thought i'd also be financially illiterate). I walked in & said Hey, i'm here for the brake replacements for $199 each. The mechanic literally looked unsettled because he didn't know it was me who had called prior to coming in. I ask if they have any different/higher quality breaks & he says "No, they're all the same, we only sell one." He then asks me "Who told you $199.. give me one second.." and walks to the back to talk to the other mechanics for 30 seconds. A DIFFERENT mechanic comes back and says "Actually today it'll be $230 for each of those brakes.." I ask why & he tells me "because uhh the quality of the brake is better..". Me knowing that they only offer 1 type of brake, I ask him to show me the 2 different brakes & explain what makes one "higher quality". He says NO. I ask "Sooo ya'll only offer one type of brake?" & he hesitantly says "..Yes". I say "So your trying to charge me more than your quoted price cause my car gave you the impression i have more money.. that's not okay & I wouldn't wanna spend with ya'll". At this point He's so frustrated I seen right through their weird over-charging scam, He responds by saying "Go somewhere else then." & That's what I happily did. Summary of the story These young mechanics at this shop conduct unfair and immoral business with you based on how much money they think they can get out of you. Just sad SMH read more

Let's face it having your car break down is very stressful and all together unpleasant. It's even worse if it happens while you're traveling, which is what happened to me. I am 450 miles from home and experienced significant car troubles. PDQ was the closest shop to where my car experienced a catastrophic drive belt failure. My car limped into PDQ's parking lot. Dustin came out took a look and advised me what to expect. He advised getting the car back the same day was not likely but he felt confident it would be ready around lunch time the next day. He even offered a ride to a local hotel as he knew I was from out of the area. The cost for repairs were inline with what Dustin quoted. He exceeded my expectations as he called before lunch advising my car was ready. If you're like me you really do not look forward to dealing with auto mechanics. I feel comfortable recommending PDQ. I've never felt better about dealing with an auto service/repair center as I have the folks at this PDQ. I installed new ball joints and struts on my daughter's problematic Ford Focus and had the folks here put on new tires and full alignment in January. They were able to determine the issues, iron everything out, and get the car headed in the right direction. I was so pleased with the service and the price that I brought my truck in this past weekend to have an alignment done on it after a 250k mile front suspension rebuild. I stopped in to get my emissions checked in my work vehicle. I called first to set up an appointment, and I was told I could come anytime. Because they have to make a phone call and get approval through the fleet service, quick lube employees often have an excuse about why they can't help me (they don't know how, the manager isn't there, they're new, etc). However, this was NOT the case at PDQ. They met me in the parking lot in the rain before I even exited my vehicle and invited me to wait in the lobby while they performed my service. About a minute or two later, they told me it might be a while because they had to call for approval. No problem....I'm used to this. MAYBE 15 minutes later, they were done! Finished! They even gave me a cute cupcake because it was ladies' day, which was delicious by the way! The entire staff was so courteous and professional. The lobby was neat and clean. Even the parking lot was clean! This was by far the best experience I've ever had at a quick lube establishment, and I go to them all over the state! read more
