I tried a few shops before finding A-1 Transmissions Automotive Repairs online. The previous shops couldn't figure out my problem and I reached a point where I wanted to sell my beloved car. After realizing my Transmission light was on, I decided to google Transmission shops in my area and here find A-1 shop. The reviews was not the best however sometimes caught my eyes about an individual called Flloyd and how awesome he is working with Transmissions. I contacted Flloyd myself and we setup a time to bring my car in. Flloyd has over 45 yrs of experience and he is a Transmission genius. I diagnosed my car on the spot and told me my Transmission Computer is mad. I was elated. BMW said the part would cost $1,250 new so I decided against it and contact my junk yard guru and he got me a use BMW part for $75 with shipping. Mr Flloyd changed the part and my car is back working like a champ. I can final go and pass my Emission test now. Hats of to Mr Flloyd. They want me to trust them again to bring my car back so they can really fix it now after less than a month of going there for the first time. NO WAY! The trust is completely broken. I now have to continue every few days to add oil to my car so my engine can stay in tact. These people didn't care whatsoever about the position they put me in. If a friend didn't see the oil running out my car in the garage after they supposedly had repaired it I wouldn't have known sooner than I did. This could have brought great harm to me & my vehicle. I signed and replied to the email and I constantly had to text to confirm appointment and time in which he did advise a day that he would come. I reached out Wednesday and Thursday in which he was supposed to come but never got a response, call or anything. I do understand and know you get very busy but this is not a good look and very unprofessional. I definitely would not recommend this company to anyone and I think you should look a little more into who you hire and them representing your company.

I got in to a minor accident and needed to get 3 quotes. I decided to go with Alpha since their…read morequote were more in line with the cost of the replacement mirror and labor, compared to the quotes that were half the cost of their quote. I tried to work with the owner of the company that I got in the accident with and Alpha and they could would work out the payment arrangement. Big mistake. I visited Alpha for the initial quote which I received. They were going to order the part and let me know when I arrived. I went back about a month later. They looked in the system, said that there was note and he said he would have to call me back. So I left. Another month went by and I did the same thing and left with the same result. My guess and its just that, the owner of the company that cause the accident and Alpha got together and decided not to work with me. I don't know. Only my mirror was damaged after a work truck crossed into my lane and decided not to stop. I filed a police report and I should have just called a lawyer. Lesson learned. Thanks for nothing Alpha. Too much time passed and now will have to replace my own mirror and I accept my mistakes for not stay on both companies.
