They take packages from the United States Postal Service, Federal Express, United Parcel Service, Dalsey, Hillblom, & Lynn ( DHL), Amazon and any other delivery service. They provide good value for the dollar and their competitors are the companies mentioned earlier. Since 2002 I've been using this service for picking up something or dropping off. It's a very friendly environment and throughout the decades we've come to know each other really well. I do love the remodeling that has occured. It's spacious and beautiful. They not only ship and receive, but they have a mail box service as well as selling other services along with a variety of cards, see the pictures. Bud has retired but there's still people that know me here. It's located in a little shopping mall with a fair sized parking lot. I'm so glad that they remodeled the parking lot, there were incidents on a daily or weekly basis because of a big divider in the entrance to the parking lot. People would lose sight of it and drive upon it. If you were the unlucky one, you most likely needed to call a tow truck . Yes it was that large and tall. I never EVER leave reviews, but the service I just received has to be noted in a public forum. The two lady's today who helped with printing and notarizing my documents couldn't have been friendlier, more informative or attentive. We worked with Bud for several years until Helen took over management. Helen reached out to us about a painting we had in storage that Bud was holding for us. We were under the impression that she was going to help us get is shipped finally, as it is very large. For 3 YEARS we have politely been inquiring about the status of shipment. Helen gave us several different excuses for why the painting had not been shipped, pricing change, very heavy and large, needs a different box, etc., however we were more than willing to comply, having it crated, buying a bigger box, or even using a different shipper, we just wanted shipment of the painting. Then Helen told us that there was a flood "a while back" and it damaged our painting with mold so it was thrown out. $$$$$ in the trash with no notice or explanation to us. read more

This is the only place i use for shipping and the like, and now that they are having a 25th anniversary, I thought it was time for me to give a rave review since I have been using them for 23 years myself! I have had them ship valuable oil paintings, dishes and glasses, gifts, a laptop computer, and much more, copy documents, notarize important items , solve all kinds of problems for me, and they have great service. I always receive an email in the status of my orders. They always offer all the pricing options and advise. The Owner BUD is really knowledgeable and has a real handle on things, and the staff is personable and helpful too. We have trusted them with all kinds of items large and small. How wonderful to have a service which one can actually count on! For two decades, we've relied on Bud and crew to help in all our mailing and shipping needs. In fact, every year PDQ has packed and shipped off my bundles of holiday gifts to out-of-town family with never a hiccup. Even last minute! And how great to have Helen on board there now, too. Her skill in packing a box so that nothing breaks and money isn't wasted on excessive boxes is nothing short of amazing. And yesterday, what intelligent problem-solving and top shelf service they offered my out-of-town clients, helping them retrieve precious family mementos. Dropped off letter to China last Sat. DHL best carrier and was told they wouldn't pick up til Mon. No problem. Mon comes and no tracking. Tues comes and no tracking. I email them Tues night and they said: "Sorry about that. DHL was scheduled to pick up on Monday, but never came for the pickup (first time that ever happened), and our pickup confirmation note was on top of your letter envelope, so we didn't notice it until late yesterday afternoon. I have already rescheduled the pickup for today, and we will make sure that they get it today. " So my Sat drop off is not picked up Mon due to DHL not showing up (really?) and missed Tues due to no one there noticing they had a overseas DHL envelope ($50 chg) laying around. Their heart just doesn't seem to be in it. Maybe nice local place for copies and envelopes, but don't trust with anything overseas or high value. read more

Not really happy with this place. I did some shipping and that went well. I decided to use them for my summer mail (I work out of the country in the summer and traditionally use a PO box from the Post Office). They were very helpful and seemed to understand my unique situation and I thought that they had explained the process to me, I signed some papers that they notarized and they told me the address change would be taken care of. 1/2 way through the summer, due to an unexpected opportunity I came home for several days... only to fine no mail in my box, and my home mail box stuffed with mail. The change of address was not done as it was explained to me. I gave them back the keys and thanked them for nothing. No effort was made to refund me any of my money.. . I dont want a refund, but at least an apology would have been nice.... they handle this stuff every day.... I don't, I needed to understand that I still needed to do a change of address with the post office... I specifically asked ... how do I know because I asked if we could reverse the change of address as easily as we had (I thought) put it in place..... read more

Owner is rude and unhelpful and I was charged $2 for a print-out of a FedEx label even though it's supposed to be a free service if you are an authorized FedEx drop-off location. When I asked if he could just scan the bar code in my email, he specifically asked me to email it to him to print, hence the charge. When I asked why I was being charged he said, "I don't make money on prepaid shipments." read more
