I tried someone else once and then went back to rose. however, that was a mistake. Rose had filed my husbands and my taxes our very first year being married, in fact our first tax filing as a married couple was done by her. recently I ran into some issues because she advised my mother that because I was staying with her due to hardship that my mother could claim one of my children which les to me being bullied into having to allow that to me a roof over my head. I recently because of this my parents filed with my child without permission and while I tried to tell rose the situation she was rude and disrespectful telling me things like "I don't care about your drama don't involve me" she wouldn't let me talk and would talk over me. I was told by a loved one who cares about my situation to ask rose if there was another way around this mess and when I presented what I heard to rose she said I was "questioning her". Rose was also giving me incorrect dates and telling me to look for 2024 yelling at me and then back tacked and realized she needed proof for 2025. she also said she didn't know I was married all these years after advising me for years to file married golfing separate and she doesn't "recall" that either. I am in a huge mess because of her careless advisement for years. she also complained about having to keep her word on my rate since I have been returning for years and is just unpleasant to deal with and she called me a Narcissist. She left me in a mess that she made all these years and then her answer was "I'm refusing to do yours and your husbands taxes" I wouldn't trust her since she couldn't even remember enough that I was married but worst of all I think she does she just wanted someone else to blame.

I had filed all the proper paperwork with Edward on February 14, 2017 to make sure that our taxes would be complete on time prior to the deadline but two weeks prior to deadline still not complete. I've made numerous calls to Edward and calls were always postpone and consequently my taxes were not submitted on time and although Edward told me there would be no consequences, because he filed an extension. I was still penalized over thousand dollars for my federal taxes and then after following up on our State taxes I found out they were not submitted and I had to paper file in the mail and now waiting for my penalized amount to be paid. I presume this will also be close to $1000. I would truly not recommend pro tax plus to complete your taxes they are unreliable & dishonest.
