I had filed all the proper paperwork with Edward on February 14, 2017 to make sure that our taxes would be complete on time prior to the deadline but two weeks prior to deadline still not complete. I've made numerous calls to Edward and calls were always postpone and consequently my taxes were not submitted on time and although Edward told me there would be no consequences, because he filed an extension. I was still penalized over thousand dollars for my federal taxes and then after following up on our State taxes I found out they were not submitted and I had to paper file in the mail and now waiting for my penalized amount to be paid. I presume this will also be close to $1000. I would truly not recommend pro tax plus to complete your taxes they are unreliable & dishonest.
