That peace of mind as a parent is truly priceless as I work all day long. The staff are caring, warm, and inclusive to all children. They've created a safe environment where my son has been able to grow and build connections with staff and kids. My son looks forward to seeing his teachers each day in his class and all of his friends. He is happy to go, comes home smiling, and has formed strong bonds with both staff and friends. We appreciate all of the updates we receive and enjoy seeing daily pictures of what he did throughout the day.

From the very beginning, the staff at Prime Time made that transition so much easier for me. They showed such genuine kindness and patience with both me and my baby. As a new mom, I had a lot of worries--especially when she was having trouble eating at first. Instead of brushing off my concerns, they were incredibly attentive and reassuring. They kept a close eye on her, communicated with me throughout the day, and worked with me to make sure she was comfortable and getting what she needed. Their level of care and understanding meant the world to me during a time when I was already feeling emotional about being away from her. Knowing that she was with people who were nurturing, patient, and truly cared about her well-being gave me so much peace of mind while I was at work. They created a warm, supportive environment not just for the babies, but for the parents too. I'm so grateful for the love and attention they gave my daughter during such an important stage of her life. Any parent would be lucky to have their child in the care of such compassionate and dedicated caregivers. Thank you Eva, Sheyla, Brytanii, and everyone at Prime Time!! We will miss you guys!

That's how we've always been treated, and it's how we'll always think of the incredible group of people here. The care and attention both of our children have received has been nothing short of exemplary. They've truly thrived at Little Pals, and we can already see how the foundation this school provided has played a big role in their success beyond preschool. It's a big thing to send your firstborn off to school. Harder still when that happens at the tail end of a pandemic like it did for us. Is this the right school academically? Will my child adapt socially? Will they thrive? Little Pals checked all the boxes and then some. They made our children feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for, while also setting high academic standards. And they did an outstanding job with us parents too! Calming our nerves (especially this parent), and making everything feel right immediately. We've never doubted our choice for an instant. Our children leave Little Pals with a solid academic foundation: recognizing and writing letters and numbers, early sight words, counting to 100, and reading beginner books with confidence. Their handwriting improved tremendously; they developed strong problem solving skills and a genuine love of learning. They still talk about songs, lessons, and moments from class. It's incredible to see how far ahead they've been - both academically and socially - compared to where I remember being at that age. Communication is excellent. In addition to parent/teacher conferences and detailed reports, the teachers were always available to chat. I never felt rushed, and I can be quite talkative! There are field trips, an open house, Christmas concerts, and family night, all of which made us feel connected to the school and involved in our children's early education. There are always activities and plenty of pictures. Our kids made friends - and we made friends too! We've experienced just about every aspect of Little Pals, from the toddler room to aftercare for our first grader. Our kids attended summer camp here, and even brought their cousins along! That's how much we trust and value this place. I truly cannot say enough good things about this school. Little Pals has given our children not only a loving and nurturing environment, but a true head start in life--academically, emotionally, and socially. Thank you Little Pals, for everything!

At a very practical level, the hours are great and work very well with our work schedules. The teachers are very approachable and have been open to working with me with any concern I have had about my child. I love the Nurtury's focus on building independence and practical life skills- I see my son learning to do things on his own like feeding himself and cleaning up after himself. They have added new and fun things like spirit weeks, celebrating traditions from different cultures and religions and music jams. The communication has been excellent since there has been a new director. We are kept up to date with changes and how these changes are being addressed. This constant embarrassment has had extraordinarily serious impacts on his growth and development. Whenever he goes to a doctors office he cries if he's offered a sticker. Though it is many years later, if he if perceives that he is being critiqued (even if it's positive) in front of others, he shuts down. This is all due to the horrible teacher he had at Windsor Academy. They do not vet their teachers and are willing to hire whomever wants to work there. In fact, they had to let go of a number of very good teachers, because they did not meet state regulations. It is a terribly run place. Their teachers have little to no training and their administrators, while have good hearts are completely and totally ignorant as to what a good early education entails. DO NOT send your children to this school... they would be better off with grandparents or even unacredited but thoughtful daycare providers.
