We had a diseased 60 foot tall maple tree that needed to be removed, before the harsh weather ahead. We got three estimates. Ervin came in 33% below one of them and 14% below the other. He also offered another $300 savings option but we chose to have them do the complete job, through final cleanup. Ervin and his crew arrived on time and quickly and efficiently cut down the entire tree, mulched the smaller branches and chopped the larger, healthy ones into firewood. It was amazing to watch. The Tree Climber was particularly impressive as he skillfully maneuvered throughout the tree. The tree removal was completed in about 5 hours. Stump Grinding and final cleanup were completed within the next two days, as agreed. It was a pleasure to work with an honorable businessman who is true to his word. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

It's nearly impossible to find this kind of service in today's world. - We had a way overgrown bunch of foundation plantings so big that the painters weren't sure how to place their ladders. Northeast came in with heavy machines and in three days removed the bushes roots and all and replaced them with elegant little boxwoods and rhodies. All with everything restored to better than normal around the house. - Our lawn had developed some really ugly dead patches which seemed to be growing larger over a two year period. The lawn chemical service we had just wasn't working. Will Parris from Northeast came over, diagnosed fungus, did a treatment and restorative aeration, compost and overseed. The results were spectacular - the lawn is better than it ever was! - They've been mowing our lawn all summer very dependably and professionally. I had been mowing too short, probably part of the dead patch problem. The mowers were careful with the reseeding and were adept at handling the peculiarities of our property layout. - Our leaves haven't fallen yet and it's Thanksgiving. They're going to hold off on the Fall cleanup until early December to accomodate this. In short, highly recommended. Peace of mind. Pema…read morehad been highly recommended to me, so I didn't hesitate to call them when I noticed that a neighbor's tree had cracked, and was about to fall on my roof. Although I phoned late on a Friday afternoon, a representative came early the next morning, quoted a perfectly reasonable estimate, and scheduled a day to trim the tree (and many limbs) off of my property line. Today was that day. The crew was fabulous. They showed up on time, were professional but friendly, knowledgable, and extremely efficient. I was amazed by how well they worked together to take care of a multitude of issues, as well as by the careful and thorough job that they did. I will not hesitate to call again. Many thanks, PEMA!!!

Bait and switch! Please be careful! Don't be a victim of the smooth bait and switch scam by the…read morecompany. The owner seems like a nice guy and that is the only reason I am giving 2 starts. But is he using that to bait customers? Anyway, during estimation visit the owner agreed verbally to remove all trees (big and small, and two small fallen trees except for 2 cedar trees, old tree clippings) on the south side of my property along with a tree in the front, and one on north side for a $$$$ amount. At first he did not send any written contract and insurance until two days before the job and that too only after my repeated asking. The written contract was a bare-bones contract. Had just few lines mentioning only the big trees. When I asked, via text, if he is also going to remove the small trees and the two fallen trees on the ground. He responded in one word 'Right'. But couple of days after the job when I was inspecting the area for fence installation, I noticed that - The two small fallen trees were still there, - The stumps, that he said would be cut 2-3 inches above the ground, were cut at least 6-9 inches above the ground - The stump grinding that they did for two trees went hardly 6-7 inches below ground as compared to 12 inches below ground that he mentioned during estimation visit, - didnt remove much of grind chips and were mixed with dirt leaving at least 12 inches high mound in that spot. When asked he said that it will settle down. But it did not settle down. I had to spend over hundred dollars on labor to remove the mound after a week only to find the stup was ground hardly 6inches below the ground. When notified via text, I did not get any response for several days (at least until few days after the check was cleared). Upon my repeated text messages, I got one liner response that the fallen trees were not on the contract. But he stopped responding when I pointed him to his text confirmation about the work that were not mentioned on the contract. Me being a trusting guy, I am still hoping he does the right thing and completes work the work he promised. Adding just one pic for proof

I'd never hired an outside company, so I asked around for recommendations and Rashidi was mentioned by a friend so I gave them a call. They were very helpful in a lot of ways. They showed me some examples of previous work they had done and explained how the pricing worked. It was fast, fair priced and easy to get the team out to our yard. The guys were on time and knew what they were doing. My parents were thrilled with the work done. We've gone back several times since, and look forward to using them in the winter as well!
