This a bold face lie. We have said we would put her in a separate room on multiple occasion. Once she sat on my lap the entire cleaning. You said you could clean with us not home knowing or work hours. I care about safety too and you did not even ask to put her somewhere else or that you had a problem till last time. You did not even try to reschedule. You are lying to save face. You are not pet friendly. Be honest! They also lie when they responded. The said she growl at them two times. I was with her the last time. So again not dog friendly or willing to work with you. Never even ask us to put her in another room. Dog was never an issue before now either had multiple cleans.
