We received 4 texts reminding us of the appt., but not one mention of the increase. Went through the total cleaning appt with the hygienist and the dentist...not one mention of the cost increase. Checking out AFTER the appt. and the receptionist has ALREADY RAN OUR CREDIT CARD...not one mention of the price increase until we look at the receipt and say "what the hell?". THEN the receptionist fumbles with saying "we haven't made any price increases in 5 years". The point is....not once were we notified of this price increase and given the option to opt out or have a different option. Like I said at the beginning....I am very upset and disappointed with this company at this point and would not recommend them to anyone who is having to watch your budget.

Everyone is always so great- Dr. DeBates is usually who I see and he's just so kind and awesome. Fortunately I have not had any problems either so I haven't had to do much more than annual checkups & cleanings. The facility is clean and pristine, and it's a good option if you're looking for a reliable dentist! I'd also recommend getting on a cancel list for appointments, because they're extra busy right now and probably won't be able to get you in for at least a month or two like me. But then, I was able to go within a few days of scheduling due to another cancellation which was really nice.

The Dental plan they sold me was worthless since I couldn't even get in for months also for cleaning. Lots of money wasted monthly. Trying to get my money back had to finally stop payment to get the charges to stop charges to my card and dispute to try get back my money. Sidenote: I was recently in an accident. My whole experience, from the ER to all the specialists, was of someone just there to do a job. I almost felt like I was getting in the way by asking questions (and receiving unsatisfying responses). Nobody wants to "take an interest" in you to get to the bottom of it. Dr. Lundstrom has been the only exception. Everyone at the office is super friendly and knowledgeable. Also, they give you all the data! I left the office with a thumb drive of all my x-rays/photos. I like to be able to look at what's going on in closer detail, so that was nice to have automatically. I've had a lot of dentists over the years. A lot of good ones too. Dr. Lundstrom is my favorite. I can tell that he has a curious mind that isn't satisfied without an answer. That's exactly the kind of person I want in my corner, especially when it comes to my health!
