My daughter told me that DelightMore was very easy to work with before the event. We had the wedding on Friday evening 9/29/2024 at Ault Park during the height of hurricane Helene. Before the wedding could start, we moved to plan D and moved the guest tables to the two side rooms in the pavilion because the wind and rain was drenching the normal seating area in the center area. Also, we were in candlelight because the power was knocked out due to the storm. DelightMore made the best of it and more. They adapted their plan to make it all work in spite of the challenge. Karen and Jarad were on-site working to make it all work. They changed staff responsibilities because some of their staff was unable to make it to the park due to the storm. Jarad came to talk to me before the meal was served to tell me their plan of serving one room at a time and that our room's meal would be delayed but they would do the best they could. We then got our bread and salads within a few minutes of us sitting down. The main course may have been delayed a few minutes longer than they hoped for us, but it wasn't very delayed. The meal was still delicious and freshly made on site using generators they brought to the event. The staff was kind and worked through all of the changes and the tightly packed room setting. Jarad followed up after the meal was served to make sure everything worked out ok. DelightMore exceeded my expectations by their execution and concern for the customer. I can't thank DelightMore enough and would recommend them to anyone planning an event, especially during a natural disaster.

They definitely cater to a variety of tastes, from traditional to eccentric to the sweet lovers. I sampled all three dishes and enjoyed each. The spicy tuna had a surprisingly tangy kick, with new flavors appearing during every chew. The pulled pork was tender and smokey, garnished with just the right amount of creamy coleslaw. And who could forget the chocolate covered strawberries. Each was hand-dipped; these huge berries were lush and satisfied my craving for one of my favorite treats. McHale's staff were bright and cheerful, both the gentleman cooking the meats and the ladies bringing around the trays of strawberries. The food line moved quickly and there was more than enough food for everyone. McHale's is great resource to feed your event-goers!

The prime rib, tuscan chicken, sour cream cheddar potatoes and green beans were delicious. The room upstairs is pale yellow with chandeliers and a nice restroom. The entry was nicely decorated. The centerpieces looked a little dated, but the overall look of the room was beautiful. We were easily able to display a slide show of images, have an awards area, a DJ and dance floor all in one corner. We even set up a photo booth area in another corner. So you can arrange sections for different fun things for guests. They helped me simplify the menu to ensure we stayed within the allowed budget.

Their communication is excellent! At the start of this party i was asked if this was the same caterer as i used last time for the tacos and i was proud to say YES--PRESTIGE CATERERS! I am happy to use them and to recommend them! For a VERY FAIR PRICE you get prompt delivery, detailed set up (they remembered details i did not even think about) AND QUALITY AND QUANTITY FOOD! I saw their take on Hans Zimmer and it was fantastic. I love how his compositions complement and deepen my immersion into a movie. Enough about that now onto the venue. I found the venue very inviting especially in comparison to other venues that were used for Candlelight Concerts. This venue has nice seating in an air conditioned main hall which made it very comfortable allowed me to enjoy the concert without fidgeting. The bathrooms were nice and easily accessible and on the same level. There is an upstairs for standing but i did not meander up there. All in all i found the venue cozy and acceptable for the concert.

Difficult to make a long story short but I payed in full a year before when I booked,being told the gazebo in the back would be fully decorated for fall complete with mums ,pumpkins etc for the couple's final dance. My daughter talked of little else to cap off her night.I requested china service for dinner which apparently wasn't noted in the managers notes.approximately 5 hours before the event I was verifying china and was told no,it wasn't in her notes sorry. I replied sorry doesn't fix anything go ahead and set it up.no go. Additionally the bridal party was for 12 they set up for 8 ,when pointed out simply brought more chairs to an already crowded table to ends,my girls brought chairs for their table.my guests reported the limited beer selection was warm as well as the wine.they did not reserve a table for myself and father as requested so we arrived from church with no place to sit.The catering service cut 2/3 of the cake and left so I look over to family cutting cake.I brought this to the managers attention who said they only cut part of the cake?! ( the top was not to be reserved and already cut.) The outdoor gazebo had zero decorations even though I brought it up the day before.the bathroom door had broken locks which I discovered that night.Completed disappointed and would recommend somewhere that was operating as a business and not just a side hustle.clearly they had my money a year earlier and where uninterested in hiring appropriate event staff ,or in customer service.

My bridal party did not have enough seats, and my mom's table was not reserved! Guests were waiting for drinks since the manager was also the bartender who was arguing with my mom about why there weren't enough seats. THEN, while I was chatting with guests, I noticed mom and the manager by the cake table.. come to find out, she was again arguing with her, telling her she said we were responsible for plating and cutting the cake! Which we would have never agreed to. I was also looking forward to a final dance with beautiful lights and mums under the gazebo in the back, and that too was not set up. If you use them, keep your contract and have them sign off to what they agreed to!!! I worked with Natalie after that and she went above and beyond. She was there for every question and concern I had. She was there on the day of my event and was so hands on and helpful, as well as the rest of the staff! From helping me with communication on road closures and traffic with Pride falling at the same time and day as my event, to setting up and breaking down, she was there. The Garden Room came with the patio and it was the perfect place to bring together my vision of a summer garden party. We had the perfect amount of food from their brunch options and add ons and it was delicious! We also still had the inside room to keep the food and utilize before we went outside for the brunch. Amazing time and super grateful to Natalie and her team!

I attended an after party for the Heart Mini here that was sponsored by my work. The space is open and inviting. I'm not sure what the capacity is but if definitely felt like if accommodated a decent number of people without cramping us together. The floor was perfect for dancing and the bars were easily accessible. The catering quality was good. We had three different types of sliders (pulled pork, ham and cheese, and veggie) all were good. They had an excellent selection of cheeses and the desserts were petite and fantastic (perfect size for trying a few). The Mac and Cheese was good but maybe a bit garlicky. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked. The service was friendly and efficient. This event center is definitely worth a look!
