I would give ZERO stars if I could. This was my first and LAST time going to this establishment. I went to see "Wendy" for a 90 minute massage which is $100 on their price list in store and online. Long story short, she worked on me for all of 50 minutes (I timed her for this EXACT reason), and she ended up charging my debit card $113. I assumed she gave herself a very nice tip and left. Wendy proceeds to CHASE me into the parking lot exclaiming "I forgot to tip her." She motions me to come back inside and starts going on a rant telling me how hard she works for her tips and that I "owe her one." I lost it at this point and called her out for screwing me over on time. FYI: I got on the table at 1:06pm and was fully dressed and at the front desk paying at 2:06pm. Do that math... I am not one to write bad reviews but NOTHING came of this. The manager reached out to me later that day offering me another massage instead of crediting my debit card. I was cool paying for the 50 minutes which should have been $80, not $113. No resolutions. Just a manger trying to cover her s**tty employees butt. We called ahead (but walk ins are welcome) and asked if we could get a massage. 30 minute body massage for her and a 15 minute chair massage for me! Highly recommend that amount of time if it is your first time, as you can get a vibe of how they do things. The staff was super kind and very informative when we asked questions. I really appreciate the atmosphere they created! This place was very clean and well organized. They even have a couples room if you wanted to do a massage with your significant other! If you could categorize pressure applied during the massage, I'd say they start at a medium-high pressure if you don't request anything. Throughout the massage, I was also asked if the pressure was ok. My girl and I both thought it was just the right amount, but you absolutely should say something if it hurts. They want to make sure you leave as refreshed and relaxed as possible, so be sure to communicate if you start feeling too uncomfortable. Be sure to drink water after you leave as well, the toxins released after massages are pretty intense! They really make sure to get all the knots out.
