Extremely disappointing visit today. The employee with my 10 year old daughter was rude to her and rolled her eyes at her several times. Her nails were very bumpy and uneven. When we left, my daughter was in tears because of how bad her nails looked. In hindsight, I should've refused to pay $70 for such poor work. After we left, I took her to another nail salon who fixed them up nicely. My daughter is very sweet and well-behaved. There was no reason to be rude to a child. If you don't like working with people, then don't have a job where you work with people. We will never visit this salon again and I encourage everyone else to do the same. read more

I went in for French tips and they turned out well and lasted a long time. Prices were reasonable as well.

DO NOT GO HERE!! I would put no stars if I could. Came here to get a pedicure with a friend. When they started working on our toenails, we could instantly tell they were rushing. I previously had gel polish on them that needed to be soaked off. The lady doing my toes put a small amount of acetone on a cotton pad and placed it on top of my toes. She left it there no longer than a minute before she began scraping my nails. She even broke one then painted my skin to make it look like a full nail was still there. Didn't buff my nails before she painted and I have bruises on my shins from where she attempted to massage my legs. NEVER coming back to this place. I'm surprised they're even still in business. read more

I used to be really please with this place but I will never return after the service I received today. My nail tech didn't clean the excess polish off my fingers nor did she use the tool to clean up under the nail after she was done. I literally could have painted my nails myself better than this. Plus: there was no waiting time (but I was the first person walking in this morning) The girl was working really fast. I was there for 39minutes for a refill with gel. What I didn't like is that they're price list says a refill with acryl is $20. I added gel so I expected it to be $5 to $10 more, which is what I'm used to paying at other salons. But it came out to a total of $35. $15 is a bit pricey for a gel coat. And now that I'm looking at my nails, she did a really sloppy job, as you can see in my pictures. No wonder I was in and out so quickly. read more

I decided to finally fixed my nails after a long quarantine, I came around perfect touch nail and spa and the only reason I decided to go was because of their reviews and their policies of wearing a mask, for my surprise, I actually had one of the worst experiences there, from my nails being horrendous and from the person in the front chasing a car that was leaving because of the mask policy and letting her in only wearing the mask under her nose!!!! (If you don't know you can spread the virus from your nose and your mouth and that's not how you wear a mask!!! I am disappointed and not going back!!! I drove 45 minutes to get my nails done here on Monday Feb 2 with my friend that lives nearby. I was excited to treat myself because I hardly pay to get my nails done. I enjoyed the experience at Perfect Touch, the ladies who tended to me were very attentive, gentle, and patient (I struggle to follow instructions). I received a gel manicure and basic pedicure. The overall experience was very relaxing and enjoyable. I am not happy with the way my polish came out. I know certain colors can appear clumpy and my polish definitely appears clumpy. I just love this shop. I've finally found a nail salon that I feel comfortable in after years of searching. Rose is very friendly, very sweet, and does her best to take good care of you, even when she's busy. I'd recommend getting an appointment, though leave some wiggle room, as this salon can get pretty busy. I particularly love that one of the first things you see upon walking in is the cross hanging on the back wall. It's a refreshing change from most nail salons, one that I appreciate. This was my second visit to this nail salon (Sunday 6/14/15 - little late reviewing but I took pics to remember my frustration!) to be sure I wrote a review. I have my own trusted nail salon and technician in Marietta where I live, but the weekends I am at my boyfriend's in Woodstock and need a mani/pedi, I surely am not driving 30 mins there and back (though I really should!). The positives: open on Sunday, Rose was super sweet and accommodating. Cons: WAY overpriced - $45 for regular pedicure (normally $25), gel polish and removal of polish on my toes. $25 for my gel manicure (which is the norm - no take off on my nails). Soo while when my total was $65 I will say, I was caught off guard. However, I paid for my services and went on my way, not thrilled at the $$ I just spent, but I had a fresh new color on my fingers and toes. I did not like that "to save time" (her words, not mine), Rose did my exfoliation and leg massage while my toes had cotton on them with nail polish remover waiting to take off my previous polish. My leg/feet skin were not soft from soaking so the massage and exfoliation was not super comfortable nor relaxing at all! That was a bummer. Boo. All of this, I could have gotten over and would have given them 3 stars at this point. HOWEVER, 3 - yes, THREE, days later the polish on my left thumbnail and BOTH big toes was coming off??!! This is supposed to be GEL polish - I get it all the time - it NEVER comes off unless it has been over 2 weeks since my last visit. To say I was pissed was an understatement. I sat for over an hour on my Sunday, paid way too much all to have it go to crap in 3 days??!! Not cool. I was going to go back this past weekend, but honestly, I did not believe I would be satisfied even if I sat for another hour and they "fixed" their mistakes (or possibly the cheap polish they used??) so even with my OCD self and need to have pretty painted toes/fingers, I chose to stick with my ugly peeling mess of polish and write this review. Needless to say, I will not be back. Onto finding another possible "home away from home" nail salon near 30188. Wish me luck!! PS if I can figure out how to upload the pics to this review, I will share the ugliness that were my hands/feet 3 days post mani/pedi. :( read more

I've never been in such a bad nail salon. The men who did my manicure kept poking me with his Long nails and was not able to do a proper French manicure. The process didn't felt clean and When I ask for a thinner French line (he almost cover half of my nails in the white line) he got upset and answered aggressively "you can look when I'm done!!". Later on he was very irritated and act very aggressive while doing my nails as like he is doing me a personal Favor by doing his work. If I knew that he don't know how to do French manicure I would have gladly ask for something else. It was a horrible experience. If not for the pedicure women I would leave 0 tip. I would never go anywhere else!!!! I have had one person that was not amazing and she lasted only 3 days!! lol They are fun and always make people feel very welcome and it is a great atmosphere. They do everything and I have used all of their services from gel polish, pedicures, waxing and facials. I always leave happy! They are very reasonabily priced and it is totally worth it. They have a wide range of services for pedicures including hot stone rocks and specialty scrubs. I feel like a princess and pampered the whole time I am there. They do alot of little extras like hot neck wraps, water, orange juice on the weekends, complimentary nail files and lotion samples. They also started doing raffles once a month for a $100 gift card. For every $50 you get one raffle ticket and 3 tickets for spending $100. Definitely worth checking out for yourself! read more

I love this salon, I love rose . I've gotten 4 different full sets and 1 fill in before. When I get the full set with short to medium length nails and gel polish they have stayed on for a month and if I get long nails they stay on for 2 days . I've gotten a $25 pedicure from here as well which was really good. Clean salon, nice service and they also have a groupon deal that has come in handy. read more

Wish I could give zero stars. This was absolutely the WORST pedicure I've ever gotten! No cuticle oil, lightning fast filing and awful polishing. There is as much polish around my toes as there is on them. A ten year old could have done a better job. Should have decided to leave as soon as he started removing my cuticles without using any cuticle cream. I will NEVER return! read more

Maybe other nail techs in this place is better than the one i had but the man that did mine was horrible. The owner is the worse because he doesn't even care about his customers or the fact they are complaining. He sat and played with his phone even after i left and came back and told him i wasn't satisfied he didn't try and fix it he put me back with the same nail tech. I'm trying to "fix" his first mistake the tech cut my finger and drilled it down to nail bed so much it's pink and hurt. I really want my money back and i will never visit here again. read more

This is a great spot for a gel manicure! They just recently renovated the establishment and it is very clean. Emily was awesome and was very personable.
