Amazing, amazing, amazing! I had checked out reviews of this massage studio and based on the great Yelp reviews, I decided to give it a try. First, a little background about me. I am a weightlifter, Rock Climber, yoga practitioner, and motorcyclist. I have a history of herniated disks in my neck and my lower back. Because I am so active and have these existing conditions, I need a massage therapist who can work with these issues and also do a lot of deep tissue massage to decrease tension from all my hard work outs. For my first visit to this massage studio, I had an active headache which had been with me for nine days. I have some kind of a pinch going on in the nerves of my neck which was making me cranky and causing low grade consistent pain. The first benefit is that this massage studio works with the chiropractor I am seeing at Advanced Pain and Spine center right next door. They collaborate on a holistic treatment. I had no idea that that I had independently booked appointments with medical professionals that were right next to each other! How convenient! Not only is Shae delightful, she executed an amazingly therapeutic massage. For the first time in nine days I don't have a miserable headache which was making me grumpy! She is easily able to find all the tension that pulls on my spine and nerves and released them. I am an athlete and I need deep tissue that is very therapeutic and I have pre-existing spine conditions. If you want an expert who can keep you fit and active and feeling great, you absolutely must come to this massage studio! I am going to see Shae regularly as part of not only my healing process from neuropathy due to herniated disc's in my neck, but also to keep my body limber and very high functioning well I continue to be extremely active and fit. read more

I drove all the way from Johns Creek on a friends recommendation and I will do it again in two weeks because it is worth it! I was having some stress related issues with my neck and shoulders and had not been able to sleep through the night for weeks. When I first moved to Georgia, I had this serious TMJ pain that was killing me...I couldn't eat couldn't talk, you get the idea. I barely knew the area so I trusted Yelp once again to help me find a massage therapist. One phone call and Shae was so nice and explained everything clearly. She has different kinds of massage for different needs, ie deep tissue, Swedish, Thai and even special massages for women who are pregnant. I got the deep tissue massage for an hour and a half, it covers a full body massage along with TMJ treatment. Shae's the real deal! I had all these odd pains from sports injuries and car accidents that had been bothering me for years and she was able to help ease the pain! I've been to a ton of different therapists and most of them only worked for a little while. But after visiting Shae once a week for about a month or so, I'm happy to say a good 80% of the pain is completely gone. I'm 7 months pregnant and oddly ticklish - hardly what you'd consider an ideal candidate for a massage, but let you tell you. Shae is a miracle worker! I was so comfortable in her care that I was able to truly relax and appreciate the massage! She was extremely knowledgeable and took all necessary precautions ensure my baby was safe. I just had one of the best massages ever by Shae. She's is extremely professional and knows what's she's doing. She has techniques I have never seen before and they worked great. Shae is a genius. My sessions with her have been a "This hurts" and she fixes it. Some of it feels good, some is uncomfortable and some of it is a little painful, but in the good way. I know she's working out something and I let her work her magic. If it really is too much, she immediately responds and adjusts. I usually leave a little sore and wondering why I waited to book my appointment, but the pain is gone and she's given me tips on how to prevent it from coming back. I have yet to have one of those relaxing, fall asleep on the table massages from her, but I'm sure I will and I'm positive it will be amazing. read more

Shae is wonderful! I requested an appointment through yelp and it said Shae would respond within 6 hours. She responded in 6 minutes and got me in the same day. I asked for a Swedish massage and she ended up doing deep tissue for the same price because my body needed it. Her table was large and padded, music was the right volume, she asked questions to make sure I was comfortable, and she is VERY knowledgeable about the benefits of massage. The deep tissue was quite painful BUT I know it helped so I'm good with it. I already have better movement in my neck and my headache went away immediately. All that said, I am very excited to go back and get a relaxing massage from Shae. After my appointment, she walked me out, gave me a hug and told me to text her the next time I want a massage. Finally found my masseuse!! I have been looking for a masseuse since I moved back to Woodstock and had been disappointed with all the spas and their inexperienced "professionals". I decided to give up finding someone at a spa and checked Yelp. Shae came up with great reviews so I gave her a try, based on the comments her clients made. Her being "intuitive" caught my eye and tht description is 100% accurate. She knows her stuff and how to pinpoint problem areas without being told. She is also up on the latest techniques, which bring a level of depth and results that I have never had. Her expertise is top notch, her bedside manner very pleasing and although she is located in a spine doctors ofc, the atmosphere is still calming and conducive to relaxation. I called Shae this morning to schedule an appointment. She fit me in her schedule today for a TMJ massage. I have been struggling with stiff and aching shoulders, neck, and jaw. This was hands down the best massage experience I've ever had. She sat me down and explained exactly what she was going to do. She is friendly, knowledgable, and professional. Shae is so very personable, pleasant and gives an amazing massage. Truly best I've ever had. Through our talking prior to massage, Shae found out I've been having headaches daily to the point of turning into migraines so she focused on head, neck and shoulders but also did full body.
