When my vape mod battery was getting old and not holding a charge like it used to, I asked about one with a replaceable battery. He knew right away what to recommend. Very helpful and knowledgeable, I explained what I was looking for in CBD oil to help with pain and relaxation ..but I wanted something that would not get you high. I I was recommended to try CleanAF CBD..8 must say I am very satisfied. I live right down the street. I have to be honest about this. The folks who work here are super nice people. Every one of them is kind and knowledgeable. But here's the problem... I used to go here for everything. They've always been a little pricey compared to other shops, but they had everything. Over the last couple of years they've stopped carrying my two favorite juice lines. Every time I go in there they're out of whatever I want. They don't keep up with their inventory at all. It's always a shot in the dark when you go to get something you really want. And another one of my huge pet peeves is they block their phone. They have a telephone that works perfectly fine. They used to even answer it and help people who had questions. If you wanted to know if something was in stock or if you had a vaping question you could call them up and they would answer your question over the phone. Every time I've tried to call them for the past year, I get a message that says, "The person you are trying to reach is not accepting calls at this time. Please try your call again later." So now, when you want something, you have to get in the car and drive to the shop, only to then discover that they're sold out of whatever it is you wanted. You could have saved yourself the trip if they'd just pick up the phone. Bottom line is, they're super nice people and all, but now I only shop there when I'm desperate, they're right down the street, and I can't get what I want online. read more

Yesterday my lady was in POV and purchased 2 vaporizers. Just checking out the product I plugged them into the charger. Hers didn't indicate it was in need of charging, but mine did require charging. So I left it plugged in for probably 2 hours till the indicator turned nice solid green as described in the instructions. The next morning after using it maybe 8 times I plugged it back in to see what the indicator said. It was red again and now will not even start to turn any color other then red. So when my girl got home I plugged hers in and hers still indicates it's fully charged. Then we take it back to the store to exchange the battery in mine. The woman in the store NEVER plugged it into any charger. She hit the button for a few minutes and it spit out vapor so she said she can't exchange the battery because it's still working. She, "said the INDICATOR light is NO INDICATION" of the health of the battery. So basically she won't replace the battery we purchased from them THE DAY BEFORE. So we went online, turns out the stores mark up is also more then double the price we paid through this store. Now the vaporizer is spitting heated liquid out into my mouth instead of VAPOR. The woman was rude and loud with me like I don't know anything about what happens when a battery is dying and didn't even care there were potential customers looking at the case full of vaporizers and stopped looking after hearing our conversation. This store does NOT support the products in anyway. You give them money and it's gone, no refunds or returns no matter how bad the product is you just bought 24 hours prior. Buyer beware!!! read more
