Needless to say the cigar was very dry and ruined. I went to the store today and asked if they would refund the purchase and the lady behind the counter said they aren't supposed to do that. I then asked if the bad product could be exchanged and she said no and I would have to talk to the boss. I asked where the boss was and the response was i don't know. I asked if we can call the boss and they either couldn't or wouldn't make the call. My final comment was that if we cannot find a solution, then I would have to go on social and write about the experience. The response I received from the associate working was a complete dismissal and a head shake. Sorry, but that was a terrible response to a customer. To summarize, this store sells bad products, will not exchange or refund, and their solution was to offer 10% off another purchase. Yes please, I would love to buy another dried out nasty cigar. DO NOT BUY CIGARS FROM THIS PLACE!!! I would love to have management respond to this post, but it looks like no one responds or cares about the customer service here. Very unfortunate. However, if management does respond and possibly offer a solution I would love to update my review.
