He is incredibly rude, narcissistic, and threatening. I now question why my dogs were so scared of going there, maybe it wasn't just the blow dryers..... I'd be scared to refer anyone to this business at this point after reading others recent reviews. I made an appointment for my two goldens months in advance knowing my pregnancy due date and baby on the way and wanted them fresh before her arrival. I always happily pay extra during services for them to not be kenneled as they are little chickens and get stressed in a kennel. Spawology cancelled on me twice via text message, never bothered to call as a business owner a never seemed very apologetic. Cancelled on me twice and then told me my goldens were difficult. I had to call myself To get them rescheduled after the first cancellation, because The business never followed up with me. I Do not recommend this business due to lack of communication, zero professionalism, and adaptability especially if you're in a time crunch. They do Not seem to be able to handle dogs with any special grooming needs, tho their website will portray that they do. You would think after cancelling on me the previous week for a Different reason, maybe he would share the love and cancel another appointment in order to accommodate, especially as I was very understanding the first cancellation. They must be very understaffed as well and unable to accommodate the appointments they take on. It also appears he has zero accountability or willingness to take constructive criticism of his business. Happy to give my hundreds of dollars it costs for grooming to another more appreciative, adaptable business.

Based on other's reviews, it's clear they are this way with regularly. Watch out for gaslighting! My niece and I had appointments for our two dogs on the same day at the same time (a few years ago). My niece got there first and told them that I had an emergency to deal with (I was caring for my 86 y/o Mom at the time) and I would be a few minutes late. When I walked in 10 minutes later, they refused me. They didn't have my dogs spot filled, they just refused. And to make matters worse, they had a sign that said "walk-ins" welcome. Why couldn't he just be considered a walk in at that time? They just flat out refused so I found another salon to go to that I love. My niece continued until recently when she showed up for her appointment and found it had been cancelled and her spot filled. Their reason was because she didn't press "C" to confirm her appointment. She explained to them that she didn't see the text message because she JUST had a baby the week before. It was an innocent oversight. As a regular customer there, they knew her and a simple follow-up phone call would have rectified the situation. Instead, when she called to apologize they just treated her like shit and were very rude to her. They told her they don't want customers that don't respect their time and services. What about respecting their customers time? What about respecting their customers period? It's not a privilege to be part of Spawology because they don't care and don't know how to cultivate relationships. We lost our lab mix in 2022 and adopted a Schnauzer/Chihuahua mix in 2023. The staff is fantastic with rescues and always have a calming presence over our very rescue. They are able to trim her nails with no drama. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly love dogs. They are passionate and caring and I've never had a second thought about letting them take care of my babies!

We were at our wits end and only found a lady who charged $50/hr to train her to let someone hold her paws. We were not even convinced the training would b work. One requires a partial teddy bear cut for health reasons, and the other has a more traditional Pom cut. From the moment I arrived, the experience felt different in the best way. There were at least three staff members involved in welcoming me, and someone even opened the door for me, which may sound small, but when you're carrying two Pomeranians, it's huge. No one ever does that. I was able to do a 12:00 PM drop-off, which is so much easier on both me and my dogs than the typical 7:00 AM drop-off. That alone was a big win. They were finished by 3:30, and I received a text when they were ready. Every single dog walking out of the salon looked proud, happy, and beautiful, and my dogs were no exception. They look fantastic. One of my little Poms does appear to have had some coat damage from excessive clipping in the past, but the staff took the time to make detailed notes about her coat and clearly explained how we can improve it over the next few grooming sessions. That level of thoughtfulness and long-term care really impressed me. The staff was kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about my dogs as individuals.
