I asked to know when my pet would be cremated and called multiple times until one of the times she told me "theyre almost done". I sank to the floor, I wanted to light a candle and say prayers the entire time they were being cremated. I just wish the staff would have the same amount of dignity as the funeral home side did when I went to make my pre arrangements for myself.

Finally, Dr. Botkin called back at 6:15AM and said it would be 7:15AM before she could get to the clinic. (Even though their message states for emergencies leave a message)!!!!!!! Once we arrived at the that time it was still 8:00AM, before anyone came outside to carry her in. This was not treated like an emergency, and we had noted this on the phone and upon arrival that it was. They were to complete the lab work which would take approximately 15 minutes. This went on for several hours on not having lab work results until almost 11:00AM. Help me understand WHY this took so long to complete!!!!! We ended up making the hard decision to let her cross the rainbow bridge. Not knowing for sure what was going on with her, if it was neurological and the closest place would have been El Paso. We were told that they did not have staff to stay after hours. We feel there no compassion and did not treat this like critical matter. I was afraid that we may have to deal with this by traveling outstate on one of our four-legged family members. It took forever to have her ashes returned and me calling several times for one excuse or another on shipping these. I thought there may be a sorry for your loss card enclosed with the box, but I was expecting a miracle!!! I knew she needed immediate attention. My normal vet had no appointments for the day. I seen this animal hospital accepted walk in visits. I called first and they said they would see her. They had me drop her off and she spent about 6 hours there. Jon Morrow called me twice about what we were going to do. He was very knowledgeable. It was a very hard situation and they helped me feel more at ease. The bill wasn't too bad either. Much less than taking her to the emergency vet in El Paso. Thank you!

Calista told me to come right away after explaining what the charge for an emergency visit would be. Didn't matter, I didn't want my kitty to suffer! They took him right in while I completed the paperwork. I'm new in town, so I do not have a veterinarian yet. I do now. They had him evaluated and told me he did have an abscess that had ruptured, but they had shaved the area, evaluated if it was in need of additional care, cleaned the would and felt he would be best served with antibiotics and an anti inflammatory to help him get comfortable. He is home, doing well, and I plan to use them for future care.

Upon examination, the vet found several more cuts on him and found razor burns all over him. This is a professional groomer? Look at the pictures. We're all furious for her. They weren't taking ANY responsibility for it. She said he was matted. She didn't say anything about him being matted when she dropped him off. Then she said he moved. Now she's offering a refund for the appointment, but she's not paying the vet bill. Update, she refunded the money for the "haircut" to my friend.

Our motel room only had a shower no way could I bath them in there! We hated leaving town without getting them groomed! This sweet place worked us in on short notice and did a wonderful job with Roxie & Gabby, they were happy & sassy again after some TLC. Such a darling little establishment and nice owner & daughter! I took my 3-year-old poodle to Petsense for a full grooming service, and it was a terrible…read moreexperience. The groomer claimed she couldn't finish the haircut because my dog moved too much. My dog is regularly groomed, and I've never had this issue with any other groomer. He was dropped off at 9 AM, and I received a call at 4 PM that he was ready--seven hours later! When I picked him up, his haircut was incomplete and uneven, yet I was still charged $110. This level of service is unacceptable. Petsense needs to provide better training or hire more experienced groomers. This is how my dog looked after leaving, totally unacceptable.
