Our beloved 11 1/2 year old Old English Mastiff told us he was ready for dog heaven on a Saturday, Sunday (Easter) we knew we had to find someone to come ASAP to help him transition. I left a message on Easter Sunday not expecting a call back. In their out going message let me know the business hours start at 9:00. I called again after 9:00 leaving a second message. Well they called me back by 10:00 and were able to come by noon after another appt. The patients and communication was unbelievable. In late March of this year, we had to say goodbye to our Daisy. We got in touch with Dr. Yamamoto and it was the best thing we could've ever done to help us during such a difficult time. Dr. Yamamoto was extremely professional, kind, patient, understanding, and guided us through all the steps. She did not rush our family one bit but instead gave us time to deal with the passing of our Daisy on our terms. Every single thing was done respectfully and at our own pace. We opted to have Daisy's ashes returned to us and within a week or so, we received a beautiful wooden box with her remaines. Her office even contacted our vet's office to make sure they were informed of Daisy's passing so we wouldn't receive future notices. We just recently lost both of our dogs 2 months apart. We finally had to say goodbye to our Little Speedy. He was a recue we took into our home over 18 years ago, and he was our buddy in Countless adventures.
