The lady never applied pressure with her hands on my body and didn't even touch the bottom of my feet for the foot massage. Then when you leave the guy at the front ALWAYS HASSLE YOU ABOUT A TIP, showing bad customer service. This was my favorite place to get massages until my masseuse fell asleep yesterday. He was barely massaging my foot and it kept stopping so I decided to take off my towel covering my face to see what was going on and he was completely sleep. I looked over to my daughter to see how her massage was going and her masseuse's hands were not moving at all and all of a sudden her body jerked to keep from falling over. When they finally woke up the service did not change. They both rubbed back and forth using no masseuse techniques. When it was over and I brought my experience to the owners attention he laughed and downplayed it and informed masseuses falling to sleep is normal because of the peaceful dark environment. I was not refunded and I left unsatisfied and disappointed. I read the reviews before we went in, which said they keep hiring new masseuse but I did not expect it to be this bad. read more

I loved that they do some body work before and after the foot massage... felt so great having the gentlemen push on my achy breaky body it was my favorite part! Stopped by without an appointment to get a foot massage. First time to get reflexology, so I have nothing to compare the experience to except for massages and pedicures. It was a good combination of both. The massage room is cool and dark and quiet- which is 3 steps up from pedicure at a nail salon. The massage was a little much in some places (the neck, and it felt like she was just scratching my head not massaging my scalp). I came here on my mother's insistence. I showed up expecting to get a massage, but ended up having the ladies forearm trying to drill its way through my spinal column. This lady also is not a trained masseuse let alone chiropractor, yet she decided to crack my neck. She did that wrong too and I ended up in some pain. I've never known anyone, anywhere, to drive their elbow and forearm into the spine and think that it was productive for relaxation, a let alone safe. I will not be going back. read more

Seriously, they worked my body, and it felt so good. One particular day I was in desperate need of a massage, I called 45 minutes in advance and they booked me. It's a very tranquil, spa-like atmosphere. They take the time to make sure you are comfortable by giving you a temple rub and placing a cloth over your eyes. There is nice music in a nice aromatherapy. I only go back because the massages are great and so are the people that give them. I wish the owner would do something about her. She makes the experience less than what it should be. This was my first time at a place like this. I have always gone to a regular massage therapist and done a private massage. I didn't like the environment as much as a private massage but my therapist did a great job. The place seemed clean. They were very friendly. I think it is a good value but I thought it was uncomfortable doing the foot portion of the massage in a large room with other people and I couldn't really relax with the distraction of people going in and out and all my clothes on. I will probably just go to a regular appointment from now on. The one thing I really like about this place is that they have a lot of people and extended hours which really helps me fit some relaxation in my schedule. read more
