I would never recommend your establishment, after my two week check up I had immense movement in my forehead, 11, and eye area. You guys work with master injectors, I'm accustomed to a Dr, with good reason. I received 50 units of Botox with a slight avail. I called my plastic surgeon (in California) at which time he confirmed the most amount of Botox he has ever injected was 40 units and that was being overly generous. You guys supposedly injected 50 units and omg so much movement after the fact. In life they say "You pay what you get" indeed I did. A mixture of to much saline and a minuscules amount of Botox. In my 20 years and journey I have never felt so robbed and taken advantage of like I did at Peach Skin and Laser. The fact that you're so near the border should make you all thrive for perfection, because we indeed have options of better service . This comment coming from a California native implanted in Yuma, I have no problem paying for services because I am accustomed to high prices, unfortunately it's evident you I am not unknowingly, or an uneducated clientele, who's not going to challenge you. I have been going to Peach for many years as I believe the employees are very kind and thoughtful of my needs. They don't push unneeded treatments. Rana and Maria are very skillful and competent. Doing hair removal once a month for the past 8 months has been an adventure and I'm very comfortable with Rana. She respects my privacy. Please Do NOT by any means trust this Medi-Spa. They are the most unethical medical spa I have ever been treated by. They injected me with saline NOT Botox! I returned a 2nd time, and they injected me again... and still FULL movement! After calling and complaining, they refused to refund me what I paid. They said services were already rendered. But really, none were rendered except for injecting me with watered down Botox! Do not trust the nurse practitioner either... she is awful! The worst customer service I have ever received! I'm giving two stars because I use to like this place. I thought they did a good job. I called and made an appointment for dysport. I get to the office for my appointment and they tell me they have none. This was the second time. The receptionist says he will call me back later to make a new appointment. One week went by and didn't hear a thing. I emailed them explaining my issue and to please make it right or refund my money. The next day I got a call because of my email. I was told they could get me in in two weeks or they can refund my money to find somewhere new. Awesome. The spa is centrally located in Copper Plaza (next to Cocos) and is clean and relaxing inside. Leticia at the front is both attractive and accommodating. The owner, Maria is quick and confident. I was shocked at how she knew how just small things make a huge difference. She knows what she is doing, but also has instinct, which can't be taught. The prices are very reasonable and she does not try to encourage or "upsell" you to do more. Christina, the Esthetician, is fabulous, she is cheerful, compassionate, tolerant, and wonderful at her job. The monthly "club" is a great value, as I have tried all of the skin treatments that are included and they have been worth it. The same peels, etc are much more $ other places, I received a Skin Medica peel using my monthly credits and later saw online they could cost up to 300.00 at other spas. They even allow you to "give" a credit to a friend for 10.00 if you are unable to use it. They do not have "use or lose" either, they roll over to the next month. Had my first trip to Peach Skin Clinic on Saturday. What a great experience it was - everyone was nice and friendly. Maria was wonderful with her procedures, very thorough and knowledgeable. They use the smaller needles there to help keep the bruising down, and they also use a bag of ice. Very pleased with the results so far. The prices are reasonable and I will be going back again for sure. They have also just opened a location in Scottsdale and hope to open a few more in the surrounding area. read more

Oh my gosh! I have been going to Peach Skin Clinic for about 4 years. I've had just about every service they offer. I was in Texas for an extended time and needed filler and botox. I can't tell you how disappointed I was not only with the service but the way I looked! My lips were lopsided and my botox was gone within a month. The staff over charged me, didn't credit my BD points. It was a nightmare! I know I could have been one of those people who wanted "FREE" services by complaining but that's not me. I have never had these or other issues at PEACH! The staff starting from the front desk to Christina and Maria are professional and extremely knowledgeable.
