We contacted Brian for a spray foam estimate in our attic spaces. Brian laser measured the spaces, inspected the structure, and walked us through the process. After reviewing quotes from other companies, we chose Insulation over Atlanta. They were not the lowest price, or the highest price, but definitely the BEST value without the attitude or the BS! On installation day, Brian and his crew were on-site on time and got to work. Brian's crew; Alfredo, Antonio, and Alex (Triple A Plus++) are awesome! We put down some protective coverings the night before and they came in and double covered their work areas. AMAZING! They were very respectful and courteous of the property and DID NOT damage a single thing. No marks on the walls, etc. The put protection and covering where and when needed which was a concern for us - we just painted the interior and had new floors installed! Also, they are extremely clean! When they were done in one area, one was cleaning while the other two were moving hoses and spaying foam. During the insulation removal process (the old stuff) they were very particular to get it all out. The teamwork with this group is awesome! The finished spaces are almost move in ready! We had 6 companies give us estimates for the work, including Brian. Brian's estimate seemed the most thorough and gave us the most realistic diagnosis of the space. When we decided to work with Brian, he was able to get us on the schedule very quickly. His team showed up on time and worked diligently the entire day to get the job done. They were courteous, answered all our questions and were careful moving around their equipment in our home. Our project was a two step process but it was all completed over a weekend and by Monday evening the attic was ready for storage. It now remains at a temperature within 10-15 degrees of the rest of the home. They cleaned up after themselves too, and did no damage to the property. We live on a fairly busy street that leads into Carrollton. There is a constant stream of traffic , trucks, motorbikes, etc. With the old, such as it was, insulation you could hear pretty much everything. He didn't answer for over a week and then sent an old estimate with different windows than I decided to go with. I text him back to say this wasn't the correct estimate. He said he didn't have a copy of updated estimates done Nov. 2033. He called me and became very rude. I asked if he remembered coming to my home last week where he assured me everything would be taken care of with great care. He told me he did not remember me because he sees 40 people a week. Then he raised his voice and asked what format I wanted him to use. I was confused as to what he meant and when I tried to clarify he said he didn't have time to go back and forth and hung up on me. I won't be using them. I am afraid if I called with a problem about installed windows what it would be like.

More than 80% of them are covered in caulk. Windows crooked, not level. Absolute shit windows, manufacturer has so many faults.EVERY SINGLE ONE OF MY 17 WINDOWS NEEDS TO BE RE DONE. EVERY SINGLE ONE I was in tears talking to his receptionist, as his crew left.. They don't speak a word of English, when your showing them mistakes. I have nest cameras everywhere in my home. I literally had to show them each window 3x about how bad the work is. They did 0 clean up in my home. Spent 4 hrs using goo gone to clean all the caulk smeared on my floors, they didnt put anything on my floors to protect them. They didn't vaccuum, I had to vaccuum, sweep, etc. I was even helping them get the glue off the windows, I had to stop I was so irritated. This installation looks like a 5 yr old did it. Cracks everywhere. My old windows installed looked better than this. Im so disappointed. And then to be talked to rudely and blown off from the owner. Wow just wow. If I'm begging you to come see the work your crew did, and you won't, there's something wrong with you. All he could say is " if I went out and checked all the jobs we did, I just couldn't, there's no time, you think I just sit around, ms becker that's just not something I do, that's not how this works" I was like your crew did a horrible job, I just want you to come see it before I pay you. I said " I want you to tell me that this work is acceptable " ... .. because I know damn well no one in their right mind would look at this work and say it's acceptable. I think he knew it too. I had to message him 30x and call him again and again just for him to say, ok ill be there in a week. If you dont care enough about me to come out within 3 days, then ok.... Filing complaints everywhere as we speak.Im not waiting an entire week. I'm taking action now. I shouldn't have to beg you, and send you 100 pictures and not get some kind of response to the shotty work. no sympathy. Nothing. Here are a few pics. I will be adding exterior pics tomorrow. And for the record I sent him all these pics, and have gotten 0 .. yes ZERO RESPONSE... when I texted him, I got a "who is this??" It wasn't until I mentioned taking him to court, is when he finally answered. I have all our texts too. Along with nest camera of the install. I'm ready for action.
