They would knock down spider webs and spray for ants, etc. I paid them $40.00 a month. However, that company went out of business. That's when I contacted D&G Exterminating. A guy came out and interviewed me; I told him what service I was getting from the now-defunct company, and that I wanted to continue this same service. The guy said, "Well, I guess we could do that, if that's what you want." (What kind of response is that?!) The guy did what I wanted that day, charged me $35 or $40, then never came back. The end.

The people I've talked to on the phone were incredibly nice and informative every time I've talked to them. The only negative experience I've had was when I was offered a free home inspection. A man came by and we got to talking. I meantioned to him that I had a company come out recently for foundation repairs. And that's when everything went downhill... He proceeded to talk down on me like a stupid typical woman who trusted the wrong company to do foundation repairs and that I should've went to Active Pest Control for that. He said that I needed to get them to redo the repairs the other company did when there was nothing wrong the work that was done.. He had a really bad attitude about it. After he left that day, he called me multiple times for several days before I had someone leave him a voicemail to stop harassing me. I did mentioned all of this when I called their office and I hope they did something about that guy. I still can't believe he had the audacity to treat me with such disrespect.

The office staff is very accommodating with scheduling and their techs are knowledgable, thorough, and friendly. Cancelling it took multiple attempts...and transferred to multiple people. They kept telling me I should have read the service agreement. . I also a still have squirrels in my attic. They told me they could come out and look but I need to keep my monthly subscription. Terrible Customer Experience. Find another company.
