It's not often I have something positive to say about a doctor, but I had a great experience with Dr. Richard Singh during a same-day appointment at the Yuba City Peachtree location. It's a bit different from Urgent Care. I had injured my shoulder about three months ago and, with everything going on, I'd honestly forgotten about it until the pain flared up again. Despite the injury being old, Dr. Singh didn't dismiss me like many other doctors might have. He truly listened to my concerns, performed a thorough examination, and clearly explained the next steps. At no point did he make me feel like I was a burden--which, unfortunately, has been my experience with other doctors when dealing with ongoing health issues. For the first time in a long while, I felt heard. Dr. Singh took the time to make sure I understood the treatment plan and how to manage the injury at home while waiting for further care. I know this location has been overwhelmed due to a shortage of primary care providers, but even with the high volume of patients, the staff continues to provide excellent care without making anyone feel rushed. If you have the opportunity to be seen at the Peachtree location, I highly recommend Dr. Richard Singh. He's one of the few doctors who genuinely makes you feel cared for. read more

I would not go to this place. I went for blood work and a lady from the TV screen asked me to tell her who the president of United States is. I was thrown off by her question yet responded. She said no, you are not, it's Donald Trump. Mind you this is when Joe Biden was the President. I stopped coming here and went back to my original doctor. I would not recommend this place. read more

My doctor moved to Peach Tree health and we went with him. Almost impossible to get an appointment. My first appointment to see him took months. When you call to make appointment the automated system has you hold several minutes. Today I was on hold for almost 25 minutes. I recommend using another provider. read more

Won't let you see a doctor, I am 66 years old with diabetes, psoriatic arthritis, severe panic and anxiety, yet they keep cancelling and it's been over a year, I can't get my insulin and I am very worried. I just can't believe that they can treat a patient like this, I have 2 growths that I'm afraid it may be skin cancer, and I can't get anyone at Peachtree to test them. I have never been treated like this at any clinics or doctors it's terrible and a form of malpractice. read more

Quiet possibly the worst pediatric medical center, definitely the worst I've seen by far. We followed the awesome Dr.Johl here (hence the extra star). Other than that I'd give them all Zero if possible. I've been having to deal w/ them unfortunately often. Arriving to the facility, even though we have appointment(s) the pre-Covid screenings @ the door is ridiculous, Walking up to the door, being stopped by their medical bouncer and having to call a number. You give your information the. They call you through. This process has taken up to 30 minutes, on top of the appt. When you enter it's still the same procedures of sit, wait, paperwork etc. The staff aren't particularly understanding or kind, specially on the phone. Which is another Issue, just this morning I called to make an appt. Went through the phone system and while speaking with the rep a minute was told to call back 3 minutes later (8am). When I called back, took another 15- 20+ minutes to reach someone who told me I needed to call another number they don't make appt's for this particular Dr. I called the next # and again, waited once I got the right person I explained he situation and made an appt. (took 60 minutes longer than expected.)... I get to the Peach Tree office and same games, got to the front for my "appointment" and after their entrance process still waited outside over 30 minutes to get inside. There are so many other petty details I'm going to leave out, but It's sad when the worst part of my kids being sick is getting them healthcare. read more

I waited about four months for my appointment with Dr Laura O'Brien and in my first visit she did not even listen to my issues. she spent less than 15 minutes with me and then she stopped me during my explanation and advised that i finish my issue next time!! Does that mean waiting another four months for 10 minutes?!? read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE - THEY DO NOT HAVE A PHYSICIAN FOR ANYONE UNDER 18. You will only be able to see a nurse practitioner who will REFUSE to help your child. My son needs sleep medication - and they told me to REFER HIM TO COUNTY MENTAL HEALTH AND A PSYCHIATRIST to get him a prescription because THEY DONT HAVE A DR WHO CAN DO IT. They will SURE accept your child and TAKE YOUR MONEY but they will lie and not provide care. They need to have their license revoked. Update well after my complaint of the other doctor who told me I was fine and Dismissed my positive tests, Kathy got me in to See Nakisha Sattlemaire and I am so so so happy Honestly I did not have high hopes because of what happened with the other doctor I was very nervous going into the appointment I am so extremely happy that they now have Nakisha she is a wonderful doctor who really seems knowledgable and cares more than anything it's so nice to go into the doctor who actually wants to see you and takes the time to meet with you Keep in mind I went in there with a whole long list full of problems and she took the time to listen to all of my concerns I felt super Grateful and Boy am I glad they have her Shes definitely the best doctor, Samantha is still my #1 Ob and Dr Cassady. read more

My husband & I have been going to Dr Munzer since he started his practice there, we followed him from UCD Rocklin, we really are happy with him, the real problem is KNOW ONE AT PEACH TREE CLINIC ANSWERES PHONES, It takes 3 months to be seen by Dr. Munzer, My husband has terminal bone cancer and need to been on a regular bases, when he's ill I have to take him to Sutter North Urgent care, WHY DO I NEED A DOCTOR IF I CAN'T GET HIM IN TO SEE DOCTOR, I have called for prescription, refills for both of us, KNOW ONE ANSWERES THE PHONE,EVEN THE PHARAMACY CAN 'T get through, the last 2 months I have to drive from Marysville to the office in Yuba City to ask for refills, this has been a nightmare for me trying to take care of a ill husband and tryinig to his prescriptions refilled, I am presently look for a new doctor, if I could I would give you a double 00, I don't how you keep your patients, just moving to Calif I didn't know how bad your medical office is and should be closed read more

Dr johl Sumitt and her staff at peach tree health clinic , from the call center , to the reception to the back crew are all amazing . 100% always going over and above there job to making sure these patients are well taken care of. dr johl Sumitt has been my blessing . She's an angel , I have always felt her passion for what she does, you definitely know your doctor is the best when you get same day appointments for your sick children , that says a lot to a parent . Not only are they doing there duty as the primary care doctor but they are showing compassion for the parents calling in with sick little ones . In the Yuba-Sutter area Peach Tree Health have only one phone number for all their clinics. When you call them to make an appointment you may have to wait on hold for up to 30 minutes, seriously. Then when you tell the receptionist you need a quick appointment with your primary care doctor because your problem is urgent she puts you back on hold and comes back after 5 minutes and said I have to wait two and a half months. Today is October 18th. She suggested I take the appointment for December 15th. I said no, I need help soon. It's urgent. It does not matter to them. Take it or leave it. I left it and I found a new primary care doctor elsewhere. I will miss my doctor at Peach Tree and I think if she knew I was in need she would make time for me. I had a life-threatening accident in June and I am still needing her help. read more

Dr Azad is the most rude unprofessional person I have come across in the medical Profession.. In the time she was my primary caregiver there are too many complaints to list.. She did nothing to address my back problem which I was dealing with ruptured discs.. She would never call my prescriptions and that she ordered I would have to remind them.. But the strangest thing.. On two occasions she thought I was recording her on my phone the first one she literally got agitated and demanded that I handed her my phone so she could,( make sure I had not recorded the conversation).. The second time my phone was sitting in my purse and she asked to see it to make sure I was not recording. A very cold and weird experience. read more

My husband and I had to get a new Doctor, and chose this place. What a great find! Cheri is excellent, caring, listened, offered advice, and in general got everything that needed done..done! My only complaint is the calling them. Horrible. usually at least a half hour wait. I guess it is because the call center is separate from the office itself? Whatever the cause, it needs fixing. Just to ask a simple question, its a very VERY long wait to get someone to answer while you sit there on hold. Awful experience, that. Otherwise, the staff at the front desk were great and the doctor I saw was perfect!!! I will continue with them..but just will try to refrain from calling if I can. read more

First and foremost doctors are supposed to be nice and respectful to patients and there family. Obviously we aren't the specialist in the field and visit the office to better understand, but if the doctor themselves doesn't try to better understand the problem it's not really worth coming here. No one here is professional at all from the front desk, to the assistant and especially the doctors. I come here with my mom and every time I have her doctor has came off so rude and disrespectful. If I have concerns I will state them as I see fit and it's the doctors job to take that information and then go from there rather then talk back and be disrespectful. To top it off, we requested two referrals and only which one was completed. When I called her out of it she instead said that we had said no it's fine but when that wasn't said because she herself kept saying oh we hardly get approved for referrals. When the student NP herself stayed, "Oh sometimes things get misplaced"? How do you even say that when we trust the clinic with information and pay for visits. Not worth it and dealing with unprofessional people who themselves can't relate to there patients or even try too. Just prescribe hundreds of other unnecessary pills, take multiple lab test, and then random visits which are supposed to quick but end up being hour long with more problems and more pills needed. I do not recommend this office at all or the doctors, drive to Marysville or find another clinic, as the other reviews speak for themselves. read more

The support staff was great! The doctor was unprofessional. She was hurried, short, and disrespectful. When we brought it to her attention, she refused to even listen. She deemed us the problem, stating that her 21 years being in the profession, she has NEVER had one complaint. It was almost as if she was doing us a favor seeing me. The people at the front desk have no idea what policy is in effect. After being on the phone for 17 minutes she told me there was nothing they could do. One day I am told walkins are from 8-10 and the next day they do not do them. Dr.Wy left without notifying me or giving me enough time to find another provider. It is frustrating when you are unable to get any appointments or do walkins especially when kids are sick. I have still been waiting on a referral that was supposed to be done months ago. This place is horrible the doctors never get. Ack to you . You have to call 3 times making sure there getting the job done from dr referrals messages to doctors prescriptions and even lab work . I went to get blood drawn and the lady made me walk back and forth to get the correct form that I still couldn't obtain so she goes and FINALLY got the paper .
